Maddi Mae's Café & Creamery

This is the cutest coffee shop. He offered other options when I didn't want dairy in my coffee. Now I know that I love oat milk in my coffee. I would recommend stopping by even on a warm day - they offer frappes and ice cream, milkshakes and lattes. Dont pass this place up if you come down the strip. Good people. ❤️

They have a variety of flavors for your coffee! Love it! They have a simply food menu; the pulled pork sandwich and chips were good.

A main staple of our visits to the strip in Gatlinburg. They have a nice secluded area with local shops and stores. As well as coffee shops and food. Kids love the fountain and birds that are usually flying around and present.

This place was great! Such a wide selection of flavors to choose from you can literally create anything. We got the iced tea with lemon and lavender flavoring and it was so good we got seconds on our way back through!

Oh my goodness!! Soooo good!!!!! You will find this shop in The Village downtown Gatlinburg. So worth the search!!!

We came with our three boys and the staff could not have been nicer. They made great recommendations for us, washed spoons to ensure peanut free serving for our son with allergies, and did everything with a smile. As we were leaving the staff asked if they could fill our water bottles. And, the ice cream was phenomenal.

Awesome little shop in the village in downtown gatlinburg. Has the best people working there and the best milk shakes! He will even add espresso to the milk shake which is awesome! Never put the 2 together but he did it and wow. Puts a Frappuccino to shame! Definitely need to try when ur there. Just find the village and the arrows point the way

Super cute little hidden place that is a great stop on a hot day of shopping. Sadly a lot of the village Shoppes just don't have a ton of great stuff anymore so this is one of the classic stops. The staff is always nice and they have a decent selection of flavors. Cute little area to sit too.

It is located in a cool area in Gatlinburg. It's called the Village and it feels like you go back in time there. Neat atmosphere but the shop was very expensive and the ice cream was not very good. I wished I had gone to Ben and Jerry's right outside the Village area. It's a small place with only two small tables outside it's front doors. Go there if you would like but don't expect too much.

(In response to the company's reply)We were told due to Covid we couldn't do samples, that would have made it better. Also to be fair, the guy at the counter did tell us where the bathrooms were and were helpful that way.

Delicious ice cream and very friendly staff! They do the half scoop of ice cream to fill the bottom of the cone which completely makes the ice cream cone. Would highly recommend.
