Maddi Mae's Café & Creamery

My family visitied Maddi Mae's while in Gatlinburg, we are so glad we did! I got a scoop of Smoky Mountain Fudge, my husband got a chocolate milkshake, and my in-laws got hot chocolate, everything was amazing. We loved it so much we visited a second time during our vacation. We will be back on our next trip to Gatlinburg!

I can't say enough good things about this quaint and cozy coffee shop. The owner / operator is so sweet you don't have to add sugar to your coffee. The prices are great, the quality and taste is out of this world.
A must visit shop when you're in Gatlinburg.

This cafe is in the most cute little village area, it’s absolutely stunning. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. We got the mango mania smoothie and a chocolate shake and they were delicious and refreshing. A hidden gem!

My family and I stopped here while strolling through Gatlinburg. I ordered a cold coffee, my son got a caramel macchiato and hubby got a mocha and a cup of ice cream. Oh my goodness, so good! We were all extremely happy with our order. Way better than anything we've ever had from Starbucks. We highly recommend this shop.

We came here after a long hike, 3 families, 7 kids. We showed up and there were two employees inside but a sign on the door saying they were on a five minute break under a "Come in, we're open" sign. After 10 minutes of waiting, a woman opened the door and rudely asked the kids what they were waiting for. They said "ice cream" (of course!) And she then said they were on break for 30 minutes. She was so rude- not even nice or apologetic even though she clearly saw us waiting 10 minutes ago. We went elsewhere- there is are several other excellent options for treats right around the corner.

My wife and I went to Gatlinburg Tn. on the Thanksgiving Holiday.
Came across this cute coffee shop and ordered coffee for my wife.
I don't drink coffee but she loves it. She always drinks coffee without sugar. No Exceptions. I told the gentlemen at the counter that my wife wanted a medium coffee with no sugar just cream. My wife also repeated the same thing. I pay for the coffee, we walk out and sit in front the coffee shop. My wife takes a sip of the coffee and it's sweet. The guy added sugar to it. Went inside to complain, he said we ordered sugar. Absolutely not true!! Told me I had to buy another coffee if I wanted it without sugar. I will always gladly pay for another coffee if it is my mistake anywhere anytime. This was not my mistake. I was gonna let it go but I went back inside and gave the lady at the counter their coffee back. My wife couldn't drink anyway. They might as well dump it. Would've given one star instead of two but maybe the guy was having a bad day.

Went to Maddie Ma’s coffee and creamery today the 19th of October 2021. Walked in was greeted right away by a very nice young girl named Alley - wasn’t sure what I wanted she made several suggestions. I settled on a mocha Carmel Frappe , not what I would normally buy . I figured what the heck . Best suggestion I ever had - kudos to the young barista Alley !(Excellent)
