Excellent coffee and seriously good iced lattes! The staff is so friendly and so patient with the kids. The fact, that they even have a kids area with books, toys and coloring books makes it one of our fav local coffee shops for sure!

The perfect atmosphere for a relaxing, trendy coffeeshop. The staff were so friendly and the coffee was delicious. I stumbled upon this local shop and can't wait to come back!

Great, strong coffee. How good was that cinnamon bun? Un-f#"&ing-describable... Go get you some. It's like a Starbucks, but without the star and the bucks. Just the absolute best! I give it 6 stars out of 5

SO HAPPY TO SEE THEY’RE NOW OPEN SUNDAYS! Of all the great local coffee shops in Williamson County, and there are quite a few, The Good Cup is my favorite! They have a great menu of soups and sandwiches, fresh pastries, great hot and cold drinks, and I LOVE the atmosphere-very cozy and homey with a little kids’ activity area. They also have a great selection of unique gifts and jewelry. The frozen chai is my teens fave drink.

I visited on December 31st and ordered a peppermint mocha (like I have done many times). I was told “we have discontinued our holiday drinks” by the barista. The cashier asked the barista if they could still do it since they still had the ingredients out, but the barista again said they had discontinued the holiday drinks. Fine. Seeing they have many flavor bottles for making their other drinks, I asked for one of those flavors be put in my mocha and the barista kept repeating the same line about the holiday drinks being discontinued. This was my first terrible experience at the coffee shop. The barista was incredibly rude and unwilling to even suggest an alternative or have any empathy whatsoever.
I will be VERY reluctant to visit again if she is still the barista.

HORRIBLE customer service.- only giving 2 stars because the frozen drink was delicious. I ordered 2 drinks and a bagel- got the drinks almost immediately, then proceeded to wait 25 minutes for the bagel. The wait alone would have been totally fine, as I understand that on a Saturday morning a coffee shop is crazy busy and the baristas are swamped. It was the attitude that made this review worth writing. I went to make sure the bagel had not been forgotten, since entire meals were coming out that were ordered after mine. Before I even got a chance to tell her what piece of my order was missing, the clearly annoyed employee cuts me off and says "We have a lot of orders, ma'am, yours is coming." Taking the hint that she did not want to speak to me, I stepped back and took a seat. another 15 minutes passed and still no bagel. I inquired about it again and she scoffed, rolled her eyes and stormed off to the kitchen. No more than 45 seconds later she comes out with a stiff, luke-warm, microwaved bagel and slides it across the counter to me. It was clearly forgotten about, yet still no apology and didn't even make eye contact. Extremely disappointing experience.

The Good Cup is a regular part of Saturday mornings in my family. We love the relaxed atmosphere, the fun barista's, and the yummy food. Give it a try! You can't miss with this local coffee house!

So glad we have this coffee house in Grassland. Very cozy with great coffee and treats. I love how the local community uses this as a gathering place. Give it a try over the chain places. Highly recommended!

Excellent local coffee shop. Try something from their speciality "Good" Menu. The Good & Evil (a cayenne mocha) is my favorite. Their muffins are excellent (especially the Harvest and Chocolate Chip Espresso). Other breakfast and lunch options available. Funky, laid-back vibe. Sells local wares. Has a children's corner for entertaining the littles.

The coffee was pretty good considering I’ve been all over the world trying the most rare and delicious coffee. The service was wonderful. Nick did a great job and I will definitely return.
