Great coffee and seating area away from a busy main street.

The best coffee place I’d been to in Franklin. The rusty aesthetic look is what makes the place so special.

The seasonal coffees are fantastic and reasonably priced. The friendly staff makes it a great coffee stop downtown.

We had the Kate crepe and it was delicious! London Fog & Chai tea lattes were yummy, too. We sat outside on the porch and they brought us our food. Very nice staff.

My all-time favorite coffee shop. I come here weekly for coffee and have been for years. Delicious and awesome setting. Maintains the small home town feel that’s slowly being lost in Franklin.

This was my first time here! What a cute place! Coffee was great! They use a local coffee roaster, Bongo Java. (Which is excellent!) I had a Cuban which was great! I also had their bacon and egg sandwich which had French toast and the bread portion of the sandwich. The sweetness of the French bread really enhanced the entire sandwich. The employees were very friendly and helpful and the ambiance was very warm and welcoming. I'll be back as soon as possible!

Historical house used as a "coffee house". Various rooms to sit down and chat or have a meal. Construction on and around Bridge Street, watch your step.

I’ll start with the positive - the space and vibe is super cool. It’s like an old house with several rooms that are designed differently so that makes it fun to sit in. Now to the main topic - menu is VERY misleading, and the service does nothing to make up for it. Is clearly states on the menu that every brunch dish is served with either greens or fruits - however - when I asked for greens with my Quick B (bagel egg and cheese) they said it doesn’t come with that, and when my friend asked for fruits with his bacon and egg French toast they also said it doesn’t come with that. But both those dishes are listed as ones who DO come with those. So either the menu is wrong or the waiters are, but anyhow making the customers happy is the main thing and that didn't happen here.
One more thing - the dishes as well aren’t described correctly… I was sure I was getting a plate with a bagel, sunny side up eggs (still runny, that’s how I asked them) and cheese and instead it was all made into one sandwich. I also added (for extra charge) spinach and onion which were 2 leaves of spinach and fresh onion (I thought it’ll be sautéed at least) are you seriously charging extra for this!??
So I couldn’t dip the bagel in the egg like I wanted. The egg was over well done too. And the bagel was bone dry! If you create a sandwich then you should write it as such in the menu and then you should also make it not dry....Put some butter or something. My friend was also disappointed that the bacon and eggs were inside the French toast instead of on the side. It made the bacon soggy instead of crispy.
All in all - should raise the quality of the food way up to match the naturally charming atmosphere of the place.

Wonderful coffee shop in an old house in Historic Franklin. Friendly and helpful best description of the staff. Remains a great spot, introduced a visitor, who enjoyed.
