Decent variety offered, very friendly baristas. Coffee was not as great as I expected, but still pretty alright.

Beautiful building, my caramel coffee was not all that... mmh

Real breakfast food done fresh and to order. My GF had the American breakfast and they made me a vegan potatoe hash with onions, spinach and tomatoes. Great coffee and the muffins are made daily. Vegan spice muffin was amazing.

Great spot in downtown Franklin. Very relaxing, great crepes and sandwiches. The Nutella crepe is by far the best "dessert" you can have at a coffee shop. Sit outside if the weather is nice. Friendly people, feels like home, embodies the ethos of Franklin.

Such fantastic coffee in the most inviting atmosphere. We found it by happenstance and I’m so happy we came here.

Wonderful food. Great atmosphere. Reasonable prices. The rooms/outdoor areas are set up so that it's a different experience every time you visit.

Don’t come hungry.
While the setting is nice and there is plenty of seating and the coffee is tasty be careful what you order from the menu.
I do not recommend the Breakfast Burrito in particular. It was lacking majorly in flavor. I am not even sure it was salted.
I’ve had a few dishes from here and after visiting a couple times I think they need to simplify their menu and focus on quality. Especially when the establishment and service is so nice.

I can't recommend The Coffee House enough, every time I visit the coffee is great, the food outstanding, and staff always smiling and ready to help. This is my "go-to" spot in Franklin whenever I want (need) a coffee and/or quick bite to eat.

I love this place!! My favorite drink is the honey lavender latte. I come here often to study. The baristas are incredibly kind and efficient and are so friendly. Each room has its own personality and is a great environment to get work done, catch up with a friend, or sit and read. Make sure you grab a punch card when you come because you will want to come back!!

Really cool little place! Drinks and variety is great. The little house is super cool, in that it's unchanged in it's structure, with multiple dining/sitting/chilling rooms throughout. Just a couple blocks away from the Main St crowd, so not tough to find, but not crowded with tourists. Staff is super friendly. We'll be back!
