Einstein Bros. Bagels

Got an egg and cheese on a bagel and when I went to eat it, there were all these black specks on the eggs. It is NOT pepper. I am hoping it is only from a dirty appliance they cook the eggs on but it was so gross that I could not eat it. See photo.

BEWARE! My husband and I who served this country came today for the Veterans Day special that they were offering all over the Internet and instead we were greeted with an extremely rude inappropriate elderly woman who claimed to be the manager- after letting us know she would honor the special she had us wait in line for 20 minutes then when we got up to get our order she changed her mind. When asked why -she was extremely rude and inappropriate, and as we left with our family she screamed obscenities out the window. We are currently working with corporate on remedying this , highly recommend staying clear of this location!

Low staff. Dining room not open after I walked a mile from my Hotel

I ate einstein begal sandwiches all the time in chandler, Arizona. Always fresh and great. I moved to Nashville, Tennessee and had einstein begal sandwich at Brentwood location. Horrible!!!. It's no wonder most of the Nashville locations are permanently closed!. Sad to see, but I will not be enjoying what used to be my favorite place to have a begal sandwich.

Sorriest everything bagel I’ve seen

Great food ... good value... nice and relaxing environment.. staff is very friendly... great place to just chill out and enjoy a snack!!

Decent bagels, much better than what comes out of a bag at a grocery store but not comparable at all to what one might get in NJ/NY.

Eggs were premade and tasted like it. Overall, not a waste of money, but we won't rush to go back, either.

There are not many options in the area, so I am stuck with Einsteins when I want a bagel. I am aware that the coffee is not fresh and stays in the "vats" for hours which is not right as I would do that at home! Guess I'll take a break from Einstein, prices too high anyway.

I love Candyce and Lisa. I normally get my Three (6 Cheese) Bagels...However, this morning I was not in a savory mood. So I got Three Churro Bagels, LOL!!

2nd time trying to eat here thinking first experience was just bad luck. 🤢 terrible quality meats and the sandwich’s are barely even heated. Worse than dollar general brand deli meats. Bruegger's bagels in Brentwood blows this out of the water.
