I could not believe how amazing our experience was. 5 of us dined, and every person absolutely loved their food. The cocktails were also fun. From the fish and chips (homemade chips were amazing) to the beef bowls, everything was flavorful and high quality. 100% worth the few minutes off the highway.

The hostess was accommodating and efficient. The lady working the bar where I sat (our party had to split up cause we were in a time crunch) was wonderful and fast. The food was phenomenal. We had the chicken Caesar wrap and a steak power bowl and the pickle fries. 11/10! (The photo is of the power bowl after I had scarfed down several forkfuls )

I would give 5 stars because the service and food were excellent if it weren't for the hostess. Our group was large, 12 people, in town for a bowling tournament. We called for a 5pm reservation and was told to be there 15 minutes early. When we arrived, they had a reservation but it was for another group. The hostess was trying to figured out what happened saying that the manager had taken the call. My group talked about what to do outside. We didn't complain. We didn't get upset. One of our group was trying to get reservations somewhere else while I went back in to ask how long the wait would be since they didn't write down our reservation. As I came back in, the hostess said she had our table ready. I thanked her for accommodating us. We were seated and had a great time!! As we left, I thanked the hostess again for getting us in. Her words to me were "we had to turn the other group away because you took their reservation". She blamed us for HER error. She was so rude!!! We had no idea what they were doing. We would have NEVER asked them to bump someone else for us. I don't appreciate being blamed for HER mistake!!! She should have taken responsibility and gotten our group and the other group to a table. This was her stress not ours.

Dinner on a Wednesday night, no wait but we chose to sit at the bar. Shrimp & grits had wonderful flavor. - little spicy like I like them. My guy had the chicken gnocchi and they were also amazing.

My review would actually be a 3.5 if it could be. The service was good. I was traveling on the interstate, googled places in Crossville along my way to eat! Called and placed an order of Spicy Korean Rice bowl with chicken. The lady that took my order was very nice and helpful and was again when I showed up to pick up my meal. However, the Spicy Korean Bowl I ordered with tip was $20. (I got there before the food was ready, so I had to wait) the rice was plain steamed, no seasoning, and cold. On that was a few small pieces of regular tasting chicken, not marinated, didn’t taste grilled, just kinda plain, small pieces. On that was some regular, maybe steamed, vegetables, meh. On that was some decent Korean sauce that didn’t taste homemade to me. On top of that was an egg. The food was ok, but with menu price of $15/$16 is very high for this meal. It was edible and ok but nothing that you couldn't throw together in a pinch at your own home. Probably wouldn’t take 30 minutes and if you went to the grocery store to buy the ingredients to make this, $20 would buy you a weeks worth of this very meal and you could eat it twice a day. Good service but overpriced and underwhelming meal.

This place was great. I sat at the bar and met some wonderful folks. Including the fabulous bartneder Haley. The people sitting around me all had something different to eat and as soon as their food was delivered they fell silent. Thats how you know it was good. The Shrimp & Grits looked amazing, but I went with the Cuban sandwich and substituted the fries for the chips. Best fries I've had in at least a year.

The bourbon selection was an amazing surprise - Weller 107, Henry McKenna, Kentucky Owl, High West, all the things.

The Pickle Fries everyone was raving about in some of the other reviews are off the menu because of aupply chain price gouging. I had desert instead of an appetizer... and if the Carrot Cake is an indication - its all just as special as the food.

Casual, rustic style pub and grill. Food was good as we had meat and vegetable bowl as well as a black bean burger. Prices were reasonable and service by Hannah was friendly and efficient. All in all a solid lunch good enough to return.

The staff are some of the best in the business. The drinks and food are superb and the best in the area. Always ask about food and drink specials. The proprietors are killing the concept of modern food and drinks at this establishment. Highly recommend. Get the brussels sprouts and fish and chips or anything with bang bang sauce/homemade chips. It won’t disappoint!

Love this place. The food is seriously great! These chicken wings with the dry rub Cajun seasoning were perfection - get the roasted jalapeno ranch with them. The Creole pasta (I subbed the grilled chicken from the shrimp) was wonderful as well as the shrimp & grits! Great service and prices as well!

They moved to new location and we love it! Bar is nice with a lot of seating now. Food is always good and bartenders are always fun. Liquor drinks are a bit pricey, unfortunately. We paid about $24 just for 2 bourbon drinks. Pour House is overall a fun night out 👍
