Pappy & Jimmies

I didn't even know this restaurant existed until my friend took me there for lunch. The food was delicious and our waitress was super friendly. I'm definitely going back to get their fish; because when my friend let me try his, it was very good. I had the grilled chicken...which was good too. I'd definitely recommend this place.

You want down home cooking and this is exactly what you will get. Their food is great and the people are awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed this place. And for those who are a little skeptical about how a place makes their hushpuppies well let me tell you that you will not be disappointed! I've only been here twice spent a length of time between visits and both times were exceptional!! We will be back!

Awesome food and service highly recommend

First time eating there today. Nice atmosphere. Quaint. Had the catfish plate. Good quality and price was fair. Hush puppies were to die for. Will be back. Have been back multiple times but today 10/6. I walked in sat down. Waited a few minutes. Nobody acknowledged me. A couple walked in and sat down. Waitress went right to them to help them. I know I'm not invisible but really. So I got up and walked out. Went to Court Square Cafe instead. Never get ignored there.

Today was our first time visiting. Very diverse cozy atmosphere. Lots of conversational art pieces, Family oriented, Delicious Hot Southern Food with lots of flavor, Very Affordable.

Perfect little small town diner. Food is home made country scratch cooking. You can taste the love.

We mostly eat breakfast, but it's very very good. Only short coming is they usually have only one waitress who serve the entire restaurant. But she be on top of it as much as she can.

Friendly service with real southern home style food. I went for the first time tonight and I'll definitely be back. The service was great and we never waited for refills. All their sides I had were good. White beans, cabbage, macaroni, and fried potatoes with onion were fantastic and tasted just like moms cooking. Wonderful, homey place to eat.
