Shipley Do-Nuts

I first heard of Shipley's on food Network channel and I was so excited when I found out there was one here in Memphis now. I went today and was so disappointed. These were the worst donuts I've ever had. They were dry and hard as a brick.

We tried this donut shop because it was new to our area. We got one cinnamon sugar which was crusty and stale and two apple fritters which were also dry and almost difficult to chew. Would not recommend.

These donuts are amazing!! The customer service has been wonderful every time that I go. Renee is always at the window and she is super friendly.

The taste of these donuts are great. Do I recommend that you try them for yourself yes I do

Hard to beat a warm glazed donut from Shipleys. The blueberry glaze is also a favorite. This will be a weekly visit for us. So good!

Donuts are my weakness, they are good but definitely not my favorite

I have been to this location about 5 times all weekend mornings and they never have enough kolaches. I went at 9am once and they didn’t have sausage and cheese, I went the following weekend and they were out of ham and cheese. I’m from Texas and there are Shipleys almost on every corner and I have never been to one where they have been out. Make more kolaches!!

Probably one of the worst doughnuts I have ever had. Went there around 9 am on a Sunday and ordered glazed, they were a little cold which is fine so I ate one and noticed a weird taste but thought nothing of it. When I got home I went to warn them up for a few seconds and they were nothing but grease and sugar. You could literally squeeze the bread and grease and sugar from the glaze oozed out. The weird taste I had was the cold grease. Threw them away. Waste of money. It appears this is also an issue with this location and they need to fix this immediately.

Great donuts!!! Will be back forsure! Very nice people!
