We went through the drive-thru and though our initial thought was that it was going to take forever, it didn't. They moved the line quickly. Great job! We had coffee; his was black and I had the Micha Latte hot. They were both good... we would go back.

High prices, very very narrow drive through, great coffee, nice employees, fast service, clean inside and out. The massively HUGE tip bucket in drive through window is tacky. It’s makes you wonder if they pay the staff. They must give free product to first responders, there are always a lot of them there, which is very reputable. It is a nice new location but at time I do miss the quarter (handheld power washer) car wash that used to be there.

We met a friend here for coffee and all of the staff was extremely friendly and competitively priced. We had a nice visit.

Myself and my wife checked out Black rifle coffee I'm on Wilma Rudolph boulevard I normally do not like going any places because of my post-traumatic stress but going in here made me feel welcome and at home not only the people but the photos all over the wall of military from floor to ceiling we had two large coffees aren't you blueberry stones the coffee was excellent strong but not bitter the blueberry stones was bursting with blueberries. The prices just about average for a coffee shop will definitely go back I hope you will check it out as well!!

I did the drive through. I got the Amaracano large with a splash of oatmemilk and two Stevia‘s always phenomenal the flavor is bold and amazing always always impressed with how I’m treated. friendly just phenomenal and I love that it is veteran owned and they give discounts to veterans first responders and things like that it is a not to miss place when you’re in Clarksville On Wilma Rudolph blvd.

My wife and I ordered coffee and breakfast this morning right after the location opened. My wife and I both have been part of the coffee club before, so our expectations were pretty high. They were far surpassed. Excellent coffee and excellent food. Thank you staff for your service at home and overseas!

Great cup of coffee with a friendly staff and variety of blends. You can get several different hot/cold blends, plus they have a food menu along with cool merchandise. Owned by some very dedicated vets that give back to the community.

Love their coffee. In fact, my husband is a distributor of their product at his veteran-run business. However, the way they approach their veteran discount needs to change.
When you checkout, they ask if you’re a veteran or family member. I am the wife of a two-time combat veteran who participated in both Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. However, because I don’t have a government-issued spousal ID card to prove it, one particular bearded employee denies me the discount every time.
Let me be really clear here: I do not care about a 15% discount on a $6 cup of coffee. I care about my integrity being questioned when I’ve spent a decade of my life going through hell with a man who has been physically and emotionally damaged by war.
Why even ask? I'm happy to pay full price. To be called a liar in this situation - which is exactly what you are doing when you ask someone a question and then claim their answer is not true - is so frustrating. If anyone who reads this is veteran-associated, you know that impersonating a veteran or lying about your affiliation for any kind of advantage or profit is about the grossest thing a person can do. And here I am, an actual Army wife, being accused of exactly that. It is absolutely humiliating.
Please, just don't ask if you're not going to honor a person's response. Put up a sign advertising that you'll give a discount with an ID for those who have it, like my husband.

Was so excited about Black Riffle coming to town. We brew it at home and even my husband got some while on deployment. The coffee is great to brew at home but however there is absolutely no consistency when ordering at the store. The past two times I’ve gotten my coffee in the drive-thru I’ve had to pour it out at work because the taste was unbearable
