Black Rifle Coffee Company

Ordered a large black batch brew, and a large hot white mocha with an extra shot, whip cream, and caramel drizzle. Was told rather rudely “we don’t do caramel drizzle but we can put caramel in it” which is fine, I don’t care where the caramel sauce goes, just that it’s there. Got to the window and the batch brew had caramel in it. Double checked that the latte had the caramel sauce in it and the employee continued to explain what a white mocha latte is and that it didn’t have caramel in it to me rudely again. When we pointed out that the batch brew was supposed to be black, they closed the drive-thru window and had a conversation with another employee without saying anything to us like we were being over bearing by making sure our order was right. Tasted the white mocha after leaving and it tastes like a hot weak flavored coffee with caramel SYRUP. Went to the BRCC Niceville, FL location the last 3 days where the service and drinks were drastically better. Loved our BRCC Niceville experience, and are BRCC coffee club members. Won’t be coming back to the Clarksville, TN location though.

It has to be the advertisement that makes this coffee shop stay open. I’ve ordered coffee from here 5 times. Nothing special, vanilla latte extra shot and every time is taste horrible. This lasts time it tasted like the espresso was burnt. Buying from this place is a waste of money every time.

My first time here, recommended by a friend. I went thru drive thru and ordered a med coffee with extra cream. I get the bill, it was credit cards only. as he was handing me the copy, I noticed a $1.00 charge for the extra cream. That was 1/2 the cost of my cup of coffee.then the cashier asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. If they had not charged me a$1.00 for cream, maybe I would have. It’s rude in my opinion to ask for tips. There is a place where I can add the tip if I wish. Coffee was ok. I won’t go back.

Great coffee and friendly staff! The Jet Fuel is really good!

I love their coffee. And they typically have good customer service. But whenever I get a warm food item, it’s always cold in the middle. Also last week I went and got bacon and cheese egg bites and found out they were pepper egg bites when I got home. So great coffee, but if I’m asked to leave a tip (which I always do) I expect better attention to detail.

It's probably some of the best coffee I've had. We will definitely be returning.

Great tasting coffee (Mocha Hot) but nothing special to talk about here. The place is nicely decorated with a military theme and they offer military discount which I appreciate. The prices are on par with all other expensive coffee alternatives here in Clarksville. For this reason, I would much rather support a locally owned shop.

BRCC has the best coffee! I would recommend everyone to visit this location. The service and coffee is great. I love coming here. Thanks BRCC!

5 stars cause its veteran own. But flavor wise 1 star. Stay away from pumpkin spice latte. Not sure If it's this way or if lady made it this way for us cause we didn't tip. But it is BITTER!!. Maybe something to buy in morning when u trying to wake up. But not for the afternoon. Super super strong and bitter.
