Getting BR while on deployment was awesome. Having this shop here is really awesome. The coffee is great. The staff is super friendly. The atmosphere is not your typical Starbucks or dunking it's defently a good place for a cup of Joe.

Stopped by for an after dinner coffee, aaaand morning coffee, the next day. Graham was amazing!! He took his time with us, explaining the differences of the drinks that are offered. He even invited us back to check out the store inside...so we popped back in, in the morning. Excellent Service, Excellent Coffee, and the Best Mission Ever. We ❤️ Black Rifle Coffee!! Thank you guys again!!

Not what I was expecting. I love white chocolate mochas and it doesn’t taste anything like a white chocolate mocha. I have tried it several times when I get the breakfast sandwiches. Lately though they seem to be smashing the sandwiches and they don’t look very appealing.

Place was great. Went to buy 4 bags of coffee. Got a really good deal. Asked for help during a busy time so the interaction was short but friendly. I wanted to know more about the coffee flavors. Other than that I would highly recommend and will be going again. Coffee is tasty and part of my daily routine. I like the flying elk and the lava panther.

I experienced excellent customer service, shout out to Steve. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the coffee delivered a pleasant taste with just enough boldness. Plenty of space to find somewhere to get comfortable and drink and work.
I appreciate the company’s mission, and will come back, though the interior design can be a bit much for a coffee drinking-working or studying vibe. Parking is less than ideal but doable.

Oh, place decorated nicely, fit for in and out and very much suit with military place. Come and sit then hangout with a cup of coffee

This place is legit!!! Hands down best nitro coffee I’ve had at any coffee shop. Oh and it’s just got a cool vibe inside.

Gotta love the coffee, their veteran ownership, and variety of merchandise and decor. I'd rather spend my money here than Starbucks. The only reason I don't give this place five stars is the customer service. I usually come in the evenings, around 6pm ish. I like this time because of fewer patrons and it's quieter. The employees like to talk to each other, have their conversations, and treat you like an inconvenience.i get that it's slow but when a customer is ready to order, you should give them your undivided attention instead of talking, pausing to ask what you want, keep talking, and then act as if you never were there. This is not isolated. It happened last time i was here in the evening.

Last night, a few people were meeting and had their dog with them, not on a leash, and not a service animal. I love pets, but the dog was allowed to roam the store freely, going up to each person at their table. I found it to be a bit weird.

It's our new place to get coffee! Awesome atmosphere.....the staff was friendly and very helpful. This is way better than Starbucks!!!
