Always a joy when we stop in here. Great bagels, delicious hot chocolate, friendly staff that ALWAYS makes us feel welcome. Now, any time that we're close to Bristol we try to stop in for some of that deliciousness.

Wonderful food, wonderful service, reminded me of my favorite shop in St Augustine, Florida. I loved it!

Amazing. I had an everything bagel with chive cream cheese and a strawberry and cheese croissant. 10 out of 10. I live 40 min away in Elizabethton but will be coming often. And the young lady was super nice. Would recommend to anyone.

First time here! Tried the maple and bacon bagel and a cup of coffee. Bagel was great and coffee strong like I enjoy. Staff was very friendly. Great place will be back for sure!

Went from 5 to 1 stars real quick. You need to appreciate your customers more. I was coming in every morning to get a coffee and left a 5 star review and you want to complain about the people Im coming in there with because theyre not making purchases even though half of the time I am making purchases for them. That is not customer appreciation.

The Bagels are delish here !!! Many items to choose from. Well stocked, beautiful presentation and the customer service is wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming.

Love the sundried tomato basil soup it's so delicious and creamy and I love a tomato cheese basil mayo bagel. My fav. Good coffee fresh bagels all authentic. I never buy bagels unless the owners are Jewish or Italian so I know they're the best of the Bristol area

The bagels are very fresh and delicious: toasted with cream cheese, just like any place you made have had a bagel, including Manhattan. Coffe is good, even if it could be stronger. Great space, music and staff. Y'all come.
