Strawberry bagel 🥯 love it. Pricey but good.

Friendly staff and decent food. Nothing you can't miss if you're limited on time but not bad if you want a quick bite for breakfast

My husband and I ate there for the first time today, and we were extremely disappointed with the experience. We were dining in, and we both ordered a bagel sandwich. His came within just a couple of minutes of being seated, however my bagel came exactly 26 minutes after his. My husband had to stop someone and ask, they had forgotten about my food. I think it is incredibly rude to bring out one persons food and not bring out the others persons food, for an extended amount of time. Food should be brought out at the same time. My husband was courteous enough to wait for my food to come before eating his. I’m not leaving this review to be rude, but I do think this could be a mistake to learn from. They did apologize and offer us a refund, however we weren’t concerned about the money. We just wanted our food.

Super fresh bagels with a good variety of flavors and spreads. Definitely try to go before noon as their bagels do tend to sell out, especially the popular flavors. The closest I've found to NYC bagels in this area. Also the prices aren't bad and sometimes they have leftover bagels from the day before package in a set of 6 for a really good discount. (So come here and check that selection before going anywhere to buy store bought bagels.)

Great food and wonderful service. Really great atmosphere!

Amazing bagel sandwiches and easily the best soup I've had outside my own kitchen (Tuscan Bean, and we're good cooks who value fresh ingredients) - excellent coffee and absolutely stellar service. Kind to those who were not doing so well for extra bonus points - love this place!

The BEST local bagels & cream cheese.

I really wanted to try this cute little place. I got the bello bagel, soup, pasta salad and boba tea. The bello bagel could've used some help. I think for a bagel with largely just mushrooms, maybe y'all should really toss them on there and maybe have a cheese option, as mine was pretty bare. Just my opinion!
The soup--OMG! The best tomato soup!! Heaven in a cup! Delicious pasta salad!! I could've just eaten the soup and pasta salad all day! The boba tea is just incredible too. I'm sitting here trying to make it last!
Beautiful, huge bagels. Delicious soup. I think the only place to get boba in the area and it's SO good! I will return and probably try a different entree. Would recommend :) Thanks

I was in Bristol for a work trip and had to find breakfast on my own. My first morning I ventured out to another bakery, quickly figuring out that it was the place for all the sweets, but not for a filling breakfast. My second day I stopped in here and grabbed a bagel with cream cheese and an iced chai with oat milk. Both were delicious. They had a good assortment of bagel flavors. I even took a couple home to my son because I don't usually see strawberry swirl bagel, or a blueberry bagel with such good fresh blueberries visible. The staff was extremely helpful and kind! If I'm back in Bristol, I'll definitely stop in again.

The bagels were pretty good but Lynda behind the counter acted like we were running her day by being there. Customer service needs some work.
