I was heartbroken when I found a hair in my bagel, the staff was so kind and accommodating and gave me a free bagel coupon. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be using it… immediately after leaving my friends and I all felt sick to our stomachs. I was truly concerned that I wasn’t going to make it to a bathroom in time before I lost control of my bowels. I’m 19 years old, incontinence isn’t something I should be concerned about at this point. The potato salad was very frightening in taste which may have been the culprit of our experience…

Great coffee and breakfast items. The lines can be long at times, but they are super fast at pumping out the orders. The food is really good and the service has always been top notch.

We stopped in to grab a quick lunch. There is a good selection of bagels and prepared food. The bagels are tasty, but stay away from the chicken salad. It is very bland. Even with lots of salt packets, it still tastes like nothing. The tomato soup was okay and so was the potato salad.

I had the iced coffee, cold brew, and it was a good drink to start the morning off with a kick. BB&B has many sweeteners to choice from to liven up the brew. Without having tried the bagels, they looked tasty and a nice variety that I wouldn't expect to see. The customer service was great and the team worked great together in serving the customers with a smile at a good cost!

This establishment has a great fresh selection of bagels that are to die for. Weekly I pickup lunch and the tomato basil soup is always a hit. The service is wonderful and I implore you to support a local business. Thumbs up all the way.

The staff are so lovely and the bubble tea is great, along with the iced lattes. The selection of anything and everything for flavors of cream cheese, to bubble tea bases, milk options, and flavor shots is amazing. They really know how to be inclusive and make sure there's something for everyone. They also sell bags of bagels at a reduced price (not sure if this is a regular thing as I was only around for the weekend) which seemed to be a hit Saturday morning. The bagels are certainly crunchy but still soft enough to remind you it isn't a New York bagel and you're in Virginia, but that's completely ok. I've had worse bagels in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I am not used to ordering bagels to go where the cream cheese is separate in a small condiment cup, instead of on the bagel, I feared the amount of cream cheese in those cups being enough, however the ratio of cream cheese to the bagel was spot on. The amount of everything bagel seasoning on everything bagels is also more than enough to keep you satisfied, should some of it fall off while eating, so you aren't sitting there trying to put it all back ontop of the cream cheese, while also not making the bagel overly salty with seasoning.

What I just experienced blew my mind. The owners of Bristol Bagel & Bakery do not deserve this business. Customer service should always be first. Before we ordered our bagels, we were told they only had two flavors of cream cheese, strawberry and bacon chive. Remind you, they said this despite a fridge full of other flavors. Since I wanted bacon chive, it worked for me.
That is, until the employee came to me almost five minutes later and said they only had enough bacon chive for half a bagel and asked if it would be ok. I asked her if she could just open the fridge and get another out. She told me no. Imagine that. You have it, you sold it, and now you do t want to deliver it. See the picture below to see that they had it. Shame on you, Bristol Bagel & Bakery.
