Lucy’s Cakes & Cafe made my 50th Birthday Celebration even more special. I traveled to St. Thomas from NYC with the hopes of finding someone who could bake me a cake with the design I had in mind for my special day. Lucy worked with me and was so pleasant throughout the process. Her communication is excellent which I’m big on. She suggested that I purchase my 50th decor online to save on cost so when I arrived on the island I stopped in the bakery to drop off my decoration and the ladies were so excited to meet me. They truly make you feel special. I made arrangements to pick my cake up on Saturday but they told me not to worry because they would personally deliver the cake to the restaurant I was celebrating my birthday. It was done exactly as I envisioned it to be. The beautiful roses complimented the cake so well. Everyone asked for seconds. If you’re looking for good service, beautiful designs and a tasty cake, look no further. You won’t be disappointed.

Let me just say that I love great customer service! These ladies gave me exactly what I asked for and more. We visited St. Thomas in mid-May for a ladies getaway and contacted Lucy’s Cakes and Cafe for catering services for brunch at our villa, and to provide a cake for several of my girlfriends birthdays. Everything was over the top and delicious!

We will be visiting St. Thomas again in November and I will be sure to reach out again for their services!

Pleasantly surprised to find this local VI business. Keisa was extremely friendly and professional and made the entire process extremely easy. Ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and a dozen, miniature guava tarts for Mother’s Day. My mom loved the strawberries and the guava tarts were a big hit with her friends and co-workers. Highly recommend. You can’t go wrong with Lucy’s.

The ladies at Lucy’s Cakes and Cafe were so welcoming! They took my idea for my wedding cake and made it into something beautiful. The cake tasted amazing and the customer service was excellent. They made my husband and I feel like we were all family.

Our adult children, living in the States, wanted to order a birthday cake for their Dad. I kind of chuckled at that, and had to admit I couldn't imagine there was a bakery that would not only do a special request,but then agree to deliver it. They spent two days between the three of them calling different places they found on line. Most were non-existent, one said they could commit to it about 9 days later than the upcoming birthday. And then one of them found Lucy's. Who agreed to make a pineapple upside down cake and to deliver it. Two lovely, cheerful young women arrived when they told our daughter they would and delivered a great cake. Dad was truly touched. Will call on this bakery again. Thank you for your kind service.

We came to St Thomas to celebrate my daughter’s bday and needed a gluten free cake . My grandson has celiac disease. Lucy’s not only made a beautiful cake but a delicious one as well that we all could enjoy . Thank you so much, they are very easy to work with and I would highly recommend!

Lucy’s cake added extra value to our anniversary dinner on Saint Thomas last month! They made sure that the cake was delivered on time on a Sunday. Thank you and we highly recommend the use of this bakery for special occasions.

My husband and I were traveling to St. Thomas for our one-year wedding anniversary. I contacted about a dozen bakery’s to get a small anniversary cake made. Most were either unavailable due to COVID or couldn’t do it due to short notice. Lucy’s Cakes saved our anniversary celebration. We had dinner at Prime and they delivered our cake there in time for dessert. We weren’t too picky since it was last minute but we just wanted something tropical since we were married in Hawaii. Well we got the most fabulous piña colada naked cake with some touches that reminded us of our wedding day!! It was perfect and it was really good too!! Tasted like a piña colada with every bite! It was a perfect combination of the flavors of Hawaii, pineapple and coconut!! Thank you Lucy!!!
