Love these ladies! Personable and talented. I needed a special cake to celebrate a 90th birthday and they didn't disappoint. The cake was beautiful and truly delicious, more so than any cake I've purchased. Will certainly be a return customer and will highly! recommend Lucy's Cakes & Cafe'!

Lucy’s Cake & Cafe team are exceptional! I’ve ordered a one-tier rum cake with pineapple and cream of coconut filling. The cake was delicious and adorned with real orchids with hand-painted detailing. The ladies really came through to bring my cake vision to real-life. I’ve traveled with some girlfriends to celebrate my 30th birthday in the US Virgin Islands and they made the process so smooth. Always responding to my emails, texts, questions, and making sure the cake arrived in pristine conditions and on-time. All I wished was to take some of the cake back home with me. I can’t thank the ladies enough. Such great attention to detail, amazing customer service, and best in taste and design. Highly-recommended!

My daughter and son-in-law decided not to serve dessert at their wedding, something both sets of parents were not thrilled about. My husband found Lucy's Cakes on the internet when we got home. We decided to provide large cake pops as wedding favors, so that guests could have something sweet if they chose.

I worked with Keisa by phone and email, never having the opportunity to taste anything or see what the finished product would look like.

Keisa was easy to work with, she was responsive and offered options to meet our needs. The final product was beautiful, with a wide assortment of designs, shapes and colors. The pops were put in individual clear wrappers with a custom sticker I sent Keisa, and a ribbon matching the wedding colors.

The service and communication was excellent!. The cake was even better. Lucy made sure to capture every detail that i requested to make that the cake was done exactly how I wanted it. The cake flavor was amazing not to sweet just right. I will definitely be a customer again for future cakes. Thank you!

This is the place to get anything when traveling to the island!!! THESE LADIES ARE AAAAMAZING! The quality for the price is unheard of on the mainland. We traveled from Virginia for my girlfriends birthday and I took a leap of faith in ordering and prepaying. I sent them a couple of pictures as my gfs favorite cake is confetti. Again we couldn’t be happier and we ate on this our whole week there. Thank you so much for making our trip so special. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely be ordering again but with a cheesecake too!!! Best wishes!

Lucy's Cakes helped me make my best friend's wedding day special. They were so easy to communicate with and always got back to me right away! On the date of delivery, they were patient and willing to do whatever they could to deliver the cupcakes. Lucy's sent me updates on the delivery, including photos and videos. I can't thank them enough for working with me!

Based off a recommendation, we ordered a cake from Lucy's while vacationing in St. Thomas for my mother-in-laws 70th birthday. I can not say enough positive things about the experience or the cake! The customer service is amazing! I was able to order the cake online and had a delightful phone conversation to confirm and pay. The pick-up process was easily coordinated to. My mother-in-law said the cake was the most beautiful cake anyone had ever made for her and she felt it was a shame to cut into it. We ordered a vanilla cake with key lime filling and it was amazing! Just the right combination of sweet and tangy. I'm so thankful Lucy's was recommended to us, and I would highly recommend her to anyone else. I wish we lived in St. Thomas to enjoy Lucy's cakes more often!

Ordered a cake for my husband and I 50th birthday celebration in St. Thomas, USVI. The cake decorations were lovely! It was a bit dry for me being from Texas because I love a moist cake. Overall 5 stars! Appreciate your service and delivery!
