Lucy's Cakes & Cafe

Absolutely delicious! Not only was the cake itself so delicious, but they whipped up exactly what I was looking for! golf ball cake to celebrate my MIL retirement. It was perfect. We were on the island only a couple days, and this cake was devoured before we left. So yummy!

I cannot say enough great things about these ladies! They were extremely helpful and very professional from the beginning. We had a destination wedding in St. Thomas, so a lot of our communication was done via phone & email. Even so, they never missed a beat! When we got to St. Thomas everything was as expected, & they took extra time with us in their store to make sure everything was just as we wanted it. The day of our wedding they delivered the cake in a timely manner and set it up for us.

My friends & I were visiting St.Thomas to celebrate a 41st Birthday & I must Say Lucy’s hit what we wanted out the the ballpark. Not only was the cake delicious! but her customer service was phenomenal.Every time I spoke with her I felt like I was speaking with someone that I had known for years. Great customer service goes a very long way & that’s exactly what I got. I will recommend Lucy’s cakes to anyone.

It was a pleasure working with Lucy’s Cakes & her staff. Very flexible and very helpful with suggestions in coming up with a concept for the cake. She made planning my wife’s 40th birthday celebration go perfectly. All of our guests were very pleased and raved how great the cake & fresh fruit platter tasted. I would use them in a heartbeat & recommend them to anyone visiting the Virgin Islands.

Lucy’s has been my baker on many special occasions for well over five years! Her cakes are delicious, moist, and beautiful! I usually give her an image, and she creates it as requested, or she adds her personal touch, which is never disappointing! She offers many flavors in cakes and icings! My favorite flavor cake is caramel! You should try it! Occasionally, I indulge in her cheesecakes, pastries, and food items. To top it off, their customer service is exceptional, and their order process is electronic! Try Lucy’s!

Both Lucy and her sister were accommodating with the requests I had for a personalized birthday cake. They also went out and put in extra effort with the designs, adding their little touch from photo inspirations I sent. Despite the situation that happened during the time, they professionally presented the cake on time so that my family can have it for our little birthday gathering at home.

My experience with Lucy’s Cake and Cafe was AMAZING. She is very professional and gave me exactly what I asked for. She went above and beyond will definitely recommend. The cake was made from scratch and I could tell that she took time on my order. The details and everything was better than I thought it would be. Would definitely be back.

We used Lucy's for our wedding on Water Island this past January 2021. We were blown away by their amazing customer service and attention to detail. We ordered a variety of cakes and pastries for our guest and everything was delicious, fresh and beautifully done. I can go on-and-on but Lucy's gets our top recommendation! I would have given them more stars if possible!

I traveled to St. Thomas with my girlfriend for her birthday in November of 2020 and I needed to find a local bakery to do a carrot cake (my girlfriend’s favorite). I reached out to about 3 different bakeries and one responded. That response was Lucy! Boy am I glad she did. She was very helpful and attentive to my needs. She has the sweetest soul and truly treated me like family. On top of all that, THE CAKE WAS AMAZING!!! My girlfriend, still talks about how good it was. If my travels take me back to St. Thomas, Lucy’s is definitely on my list of places to go!
