Went here after another establishment was closed for season. We were greeted by an older lady who ran the show. Hostess, Waitress, Bartender and cook. I got the 2 egg breakfast over medium and the eggs were cooked perfect. From the Paper Plates to the offer of a shot of Patron with my breakfast this place was great. If you are in Deadwood and want some quick, cheap eats this is the spot

Great food, even better service. We came here at a busy time when most places are understaffed but this place was awesome. The servers were so nice, they gave us great recommendations and helped us enjoy our time in Deadwood. Be a little patient when you first walk in as it does get busy, but it’s definitely worth it

Very disappointing experiencing. Visited around 10:30AM on a Friday and had to wait around 30 minutes just to get seated, after being told “it won’t be too long of a wait.” They said “enjoy coffee or water while you wait.” The coffee was terribly watered down and the water was in a cooler that was almost empty. Had to get our own silverware from a communal bin that wasn’t even wrapped. Waited 45+ minutes for simple eggs, toast, and hash browns. The food was served on paper plates and the waitress was incredibly rude. Definitely never coming here again.

The server was highly entertaining and kept coming back to tell our family cheesy jokes. The biscuits and gravy were really good, juice is fresh squeezed, Sausage patties were the best. We'll probably be back for breakfast again!

We chose this restaurant because of all the “good” reviews, but it was far from a 4-star restaurant. There was a large spider in the women’s bathroom. Our breakfast was served on paper plates which is fine if it’s for Covid reasons, but the silverware was in a bucket you had to fetch yourselves and that was not sanitary at all. And our group of 5 could only eat a couple bites of our breakfast because it was not good.

Food was okay, but hour plus wait to be seated (we were only 3rd on the list!), another 30 minutes at the table before they even told us to get our own drinks, and 30 more minutes for food on paperplates. Just hire some more staff! And if you can't manage that then at least be honest about the wait. Breakfast wasn't that good either, not worth a fraction of that wait.

Food was horrible!!! Ordered egg over medium it was not even close more like over easy. Gravy came out of a pack and by the color it had been setting for a long long time. Bisquit was not done still gooey in the middle. They served you on paper plates, were rude, and acted as if we inconvenienced there day by coming into eat. Do not recommend at all.

To be honest we were a little taken a back from the disposal plates and such. The food was definitely better than our hotels that claimed best breakfast in town. The waitress was pretty hilarious though.

Didnt take too long to be seated, though our table of 2 was missing a chair and we had to go get one. We had to get our own silverware, napkins and drinks. We were told the hashbrowns were frozen and that they were fried in butter so they taste good, at least she was honest I guess. I personally didnt really enjoy that our food was served on paper plates but the food was ok. Biscuits and gravy were good, the bacon was a little chewy though. Over all a little disappointing

You must be a humble person to come here! Tami was a hoot as our waitress explaining in a comedic tone (some interpret as rude) how the food is served on paper plates because too many people are sitting at home with their government welfare "covid" handouts to actually work!! We appreciated her sense of humor and she provided great service! Be careful, if your kids misbehave, they may end up in the "naughty room"! Food was well prepared, down home cooking, and the self-serve Bloody Mary bar was AWESOME!! The sweet lady at the front of the house was very informative and helpful. She even walked me right out to where the Deadwood tour bus was located! You must try this place, especially if you have a good sense of humor!!
