The service was fine and the person working was very pleasant and courteous. The problem was the product- a tepid dishwater blend of warm liquid passing as a $4 cup of coffee. I see why, even though at the airport, there wasn’t any line.

Slow service, no order tracking like most coffee places. Took 10 minutes (not an exaggeration) for them to make an Iced Cappuccino. Will not return and recommend avoiding. The free standing Dunkin shop on Concourse A is a better option.

Attendant didn't know what a latte was. She asked if it was just coffee and milk. Was more interested in her conversation with an airport maintenance worker than serving us.

Grabbed a bottle of Pepsi. They only took plastic. Lady said I needed to pick a tip amount on my check out ?!?.....Why? She didn't get the bottle for me nor served it to me! Ridiculous! Store ID 14726......skip it!

Best coffee I think I ever tasted
Bagels were the worst
Person there recooked me one and they both taste like eating shoe leather mostly on the edges. I’m thinking very old bagels

This is what uneducated looks like. A simple mundane job such as making a cup of coffee is beyond the abilities of these employees.
I’ll never understand how being on the phone, like in an actual conversation with another person, while a customer is trying to order. Where did this become acceptable??
If talking in the phone only paid the bills.

Whatever that thing is that is working in there today 2/7/22 @ 12:15pm is an absolutely terrible representation for your business. Sitting down and can’t be bothered to get up when a customer walks in until the customer is ready for an order. Then when I ordered 2 coffees, it only made one and got irritated when I asked where my other one was. When it was time to lay, was extremely rude about telling me to use the machine and indicate a tip amount! Are you kidding me it thinks a tip is warranted?!?! No tip was given. I’m a greeter welcoming people to Charleston and I’m completely embarrassed this is the type of local our visitors get to experience. Don’t be so woke you don’t reprimand this employee. I will tell people to go to gift shop for cold coffee and never set foot in your cafe.

Extremely slow service, employee was diaper masking their chin instead of face. Both employees decided to go on break at the same time and close the location while they did so. They informed everyone walking by who was pausing that the stand was closing and nobody could not get in line anymore. It was 930 on a Saturday.
Do not waste your time on this coffee place; it was a waste of both time and money. Poor service.

Stale baked goods. Terrible coffee.
Inexcusably bad.

Rest of my family went to Burger King but I wanted “better” food so stopped by this place on 8/3. Service was fine .. only one person in line before me when I got there. Got the pre-made turkey club which was sub par but was in a hurry. Expected sourdough bread to be tastier but it was on the side of going stale and it was falling apart a bit. Not much turkey and bacon was undercooked. I wanted to order a piece of cake but saw a gnat flying in the icing, so changed my mind and got a large chocolate chip cookie which was fresh and tasty. Total bill with bottle of water was $16. Too pricey for even airport food in my opinion. (Should have left enough time to go to Hello Deli near airport.. reviews look great for that place for other fellow travelers!)
