Bruegger's Bagels

Amazing customer service and food! Every time i go in there, i am Wowed! All of their staff are friendly and willing to help. Having so many options for food and beverage, i always ask the opinion of the worker, and they are so helpful! Joe helped me the last time i was in and he is great! Always smiling and i thoroughly enjoy going in there! I used to be a diehard Dunkin Donuts patron, but i would much rather skip the drive through and come see my friends at Bruegger’s!

I don't know why this location has the hardest time keeping staff, we go regularly and every time we go it is a new person working who seems to be completely lost- apparently they just don't get trained because we went in today and the lady has no hair net, her hair flying everywhere and it took her 20 minutes to prepare one sandwich (because she took other orders after receiving our order) it's a mess

The best place to get bagels in the Columbia area! They are baked fresh, have a great variety of toppings and cream cheeses. Plus they’re an authentic nyc style bagel = life changer! Staff always super nice and helpful.

This little place has fast become my oasis in the desert of Columbia, SC! With yummy food, nice specials like the Tuesday lunch deal and the Bottomless Cup trial for $5 for free drinks through the month of October, I save money and enjoy lunch or a snack. Most importantly, the women who work here are beyond fabulous: kind, warm, pleasant, professional, and just plain nice folks. They make spending my money a real pleasure.

I could have just gone to the grocery store, but I drove 25 minutes to support my favorite bagel shop. I understand the difficult times we're facing right now, but it's no reason to be rude to consumers and act like they are inconveniencing you. I asked to add 2 bagels to my order and I got eye rolled at me, then I get home and half of my order is wrong. I spent over $40 at that shop. There are so many people who are without jobs and incomes right now. If you aren't interested in working, quit. There are plenty of people who would be happy to take your place. With so many people out of work bc of COVID-19, be thankful you have one.

I believe what ever I had, had to of either Been sitting out to long/food wasn’t fresh. I woke up I wanted to try this place (today) actually. 5 minutes later My stomach was in knots and I was nauseous. Right after I finished my food I had to rush back to my house to use the bathroom. That shouldn’t have happened. I genuinely want my money but it’s ok I’ll never go here AGAIN.

Omg...if you are looking for the perfect NYC bagel, look no further....this is the place!! Customer service is also great:)

Staff is usually nice and I’ve had mostly good experiences here. Love the chai tea with whip cream. Also, the “young” lady cashier in the mornings is so sweet.

Great bagel sandwich as always. Don't normally hit there after breakfast hours but they had a tall white mail that doesn't need to be working there. Compared to the other super employees, he's a real dud.
