Bruegger's Bagels

Bagels are great; customer service is questionable. If you want NY attitude with NY tasting bagel, this location is for you. If you want NY tasting bagel with Southern hospitality, I'd say go to Forest Drive as l have been😉 This is from someone from the Bronx, NY so, l know😉

Stopped in here for breakfast this morning while on that side of town, and got two bagels. We got a cheesy hash brown bagel and an Asiago Parmesan bagel, both with light herb garlic cream cheese spread. They were good but not the best bagels I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly and quick to make suggestions. I would try them again.

Omg. My favorite place of all. The bagels are amazing here. I love the cream cheese variety and the variety of bagels they have to offer. The breakfast sandwiches are good as well as the lunch ones. I would recommend this place to anyone. O will definitely be back again and again.

The quality at this location is much lower recently and the restaurant is never clean. There is built-up debris on the floor and ceilings and it is so bad that the ceiling has changed color and the crumbs on the floor are stuck in place.

Coming from NY/NJ like many of you, we are bias to our bagels. We just happened to find this place in Raleigh and we're amazed by the bagels and the sandwiches they supply. We now stop there every time we are in Columbia as they are fast and the bagels are fresh. Try the smokehouse!!!!

Always a great place to stop for breakfast or lunch! I always get two eggs on my bagels and they’re always made so well! Definitely would recommend.

Went twice in two days. Clean, efficient, and everything I expect from Bruegger’s. The staff worked together well in a tight space to serve (on both days I was there) a line of customers at least a dozen long that never got shorter. Well run shop. Check it out.

We go every Saturday and get a bagel sandwich. They are always welcome and clean. Wonderful service and friendly staff 👏 😀

I'm a Native New Yorker!!! THIS is the ONLY place I Buy my Bagels and OF course the Pastrami Egg&Cheese Bagel. This is Also one of only 2 Place I will actually BUY Coffee. The Dark Roast is so Good!!
SN: I'm also very particular about this specific location..(Lake Murray Blvd). They're just ON POINT every single time!!

While the layout of the place is hectic, the food and staff are amazing. Great, fresh food and good coffee. Recommend grab and go rather than dining in.
