Bruegger's Bagels

I haven't had a bagel or sandwich here I don't like. There are paleo and vegetarian options too, and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Bagels are always good here. Location is not too terrible. Inside though, it's a little bit tight and it seems like none of the customers know where the line begins. I'd prefer not looking at customers butts while I'm sitting in the booth enjoying my bagel as they wait in line :)

Their bagels are delicious! The jalapeño cheese bagel is my favorite. The customer service is great. I have a food allergy and they are always courteous about taking extra measures for me to avoid cross contamination. I love this place and everyone who works there is really nice. Even when they’re really busy they take the time to say hi and get your order quickly.

Only open until 2pm, but quick and friendly service; noo coupons on app, but app easy to install. Had everything bagel, 2 eggs, no red onion, red and green peppers, peppered bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and sauce $5.69

Horrible place. Dirty, disgusting, and inefficient. I watched her make my sandwich. I do that because they always put cheese on, which she did so I had to stop her. I watched her put the egg on. Paid. People in front and behind get their orders. Mine? They have to someone else. Asked for my money back. Cashier was incompetent and the manager had an attitude.
It’s been a year since I’ve been there because they are so disgusting. Unfortunately, same manager, same filth and incompetence. Never ever again!!

Absolutely love it here! The bagels are delicious and the employees work hard to get everyone’s order right! Great attitudes despite the busy days they can have. They always put the customers first! 🥰

Ordered my meal through bite squad and called to confirm with the store. I was told they ran out of salt bagels so they are baking fresh ones and my order will be slightly delayed. An hour and a half later, I received my order completely wrong! I tried calling back and of course the phone was turned off and not accepting messages 45 minutes before the store was even scheduled to close! Poor customer service tactic. Not bite squad's fault, they actually were delayed from the store as it was documented the delivery driver was waiting for several minutes for the order as well. There's always a problem getting your order correct at this location!

It was awesome. Love the Bagels. They were soft on the inside and just the right amount of crispy on the outside. The ladies working there were so nice and understanding because it was my first time there and was trying to figure out what to do and get. I would highly recommend this to anyone
