I order alot from here.. its quick and always delicious.. the portions are great and I can always customize my bagels any way i want.. Daniel our delivery guy is amazing...he always has a smile on his face...always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is right and that me and the people I work with who order are happy. From vegan to meat lovers(like me) Carolina Cafe offers all you could need.

Delicious breakfast! I love the jalapeño and everything bagel with sausage egg and cheese!

Neither my parents nor I live close to downtown and never know when we'll be down there. We've each bought a dozen bagels on a fairly regular basis for several years. I don't think I've been there during "rush" hour more than once ever.

Yesterday, we happened to be downtown and my mom asked to stop to pick up bagels. It was a little before 1 pm and aside from us and the 3 people behind the counter, there were only 2 people sitting and eating. After giving her order to the guy acting as cashier 3 times, I said that I was also going to get a dozen. At that point a girl behind the counter stated that we need to give 24 hours notice if we want a dozen bagels but they'd do it this time. Apparently she was doing us a favor by allowing us to buy bagels from a bagel bakery, without a full day's notice. I decided to skip the bagels after that.

I went looking on their website for the pre-order policy and the only place I finally found it was in tiny print on their menu. I messaged the owners on Facebook about what happened and was told this has been their policy for years (first I've ever heard of it and I've never seen any notice posted in the store for this being a long-time policy). The reason I was given for the 24 hour notice is that they want to be sure their customers ordering individual bagels for a sandwich won't be disappointed if they run out.

In all the years I've bought bagels, I've never seen a policy that results in selling less, but I'll find a place that doesn't have an issue with making a sale.

Best bagels in town. I usually get an everything bagel toasted with a sausage patty and cheddar cheese. If you get just cream cheese they lay it on THICK most of the time, but it's easy to scrape off. Good lunch options too. Prices for breakfast are great. They can get pretty busy so I always call my order in and it's usually ready by the time I get there. Mostly metered street parking.

Ordered egg and cheese on a jalepeno bagel, a blueberry muffin, and a fountain soda this morning and it was delivered to my suite on the 14th floor 20 minutes from the time I ordered!! The food was great and the service was incredible - also cannot beat the free delivery!! I think this will be my office's new breakfast spot :)

Best bagels in town - maybe even in South Carolina, coming from a native New Yorker. Their bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel...simply perfection. Consistently amazing.

One of my favorite local spots and hands down in my Top 3 for chicken salad - their everything bagel is the best in town! The soups are tasty too. So happy to have CC&CC in Soda City. Love you guys!

I love Carolina Cafe’s food and atmosphere but their ridiculous wait is not worth it. I totally understand being swamped with people coming in the door but I placed an online order at 7:45am for pickup at 9am. It is 9:45 and I am still waiting. This is insane. Not worth the wait.

Bagel was ok but selection was limited.. no garlic. The egg was microwaved, and the cheese was processed American and not melted.

Yes, this is a another bagel shop, but for many reasons I continue to crave it over others. They deliver if you live within (I think) a 5 mile radius. They are situated in the middle of campus, maybe off to the side, but nonetheless. The bagel sandwiches are phenomenal-I always get the everything bagel with sausage,egg, & cheese or the jalapeño bagel with bacon, egg & cheese
