Pounce Cat Cafe + Wine Bar

It’s all about cats here! Adoptions, petting cats, sipping coffee or wine, and seeing everyone there caring for and loving the furry felines. Wonderful

This place was definitely very interesting. The staff was very friendly and the pricing was reasonable. Downside is that it is only for ages 12+, due to insurance, and there were not as many cats as what is shown on the website. Overall we did have fun.

If you love cats, this is the place to go! I thought the price was a little high, but I didn't mind paying it knowing it was going to help the cats and kittens. When I went it was mostly kittens - so fun to play with. I definitely recommend it to all cat people. And honestly, dog people would love it as well. Adopt if you can!

Such a fun and interesting place! Husband and I had some free time and paid for a half hour and some drinks - definitely worth it if you love cats! Everyone was well behaved and i surprisingly left with not too much fur on my clothes. Will definitely be back!

Really fun cat cafe! All the cats are up for adoption so get in there, fall in love, and go home together. It's better than the bar at 2am because you don't have the guilt at 7am!

They have a bar in the back so you can keep the rose full all day. Booked by appointment only in one hour increments.

If you like cats, you will like this place. If you love cats, you will LOVE this place. Nothing like playing with kittens, snuggling with purring cats, while having your favorite beverage, from the Cafe or Bar, to brighten your week! What more could you want? Maybe a ginormous fudge-frosted brownie or another decadent treat? Oh yes, they have that, too!
I forgot to mention that all money spent & donations go toward the care of the cats and toward the Animal Society of Charleston. AND ALL of the fabulous felines are available for adoption. 🙀 We gave this sweet baby a furever home 😁😻

Soooo much fun for Galentines Day! Shared a bottle of brut rose and got to play with kitties for an hour 💗🐈💗🐈🍷👯‍♀️ the cats and property are clean and well laid out. Would recommend for sure

We absolutely loved our experience at the Pounce Cafe. I took my daughter for her birthday and she had such a wonderful time. The staff there were so unbelievably kind and attentive to us and really made my daughter's day feel even more special. It is abundantly clear that the Pounce Cafe puts the focus on helping cats in need find great homes. Every staff member knew the cats, their behaviors, their quirks, and their backgrounds. Based on how the cats interact with them, you can tell that the staff sincerely cares for the cats as the cats are so calm and happy around them. Thank you again for making my daughter's birthday that much more special and thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The cafe was clean! I was worried it would stink or have cat hair everywhere. It didn't. The cats were cute. They slept alot, but still fun!

Easily my most favorite establishment in Charleston. Great drinks, lovely interior, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and CATS! And it's all for an amazing cause, finding these beautiful souls a forever home. What more could you ask? First time there and we left with a new family member :D but even if you're not looking to adopt, it's an amazing place to unwind, have a drink and make some feline friends. Highly recommend!
