Muddy Waters Coffee Bar

Muddy Waters is such a cute local shop. The barista was wonderful and added a few extra pumps of syrup for me! The vanilla iced latte is amazing. Will be back for sure!

I greatly enjoyed Muddy Waters Coffee Bar.

I found it to be a handsome, clean, cozy building, conveniently located in a pleasant shopping center. The staff were friendly, and obliged my request for a custom Americano. The coffee was great, and no one chased me off when I hung around for a long time, sipping and reading on the bar's quaint little patio. In a word -- excellent!

It was a very clean nice place. I just like regular coffee I don't like all these Fufu coffees I just won't regular coffee with sugar and milk. They're a little expensive for my liking anyway. But they look busy so it looks like a lot of people must go there I don't know I'm not from Charleston.

Such a cute place! It was cutely decorated for Halloween. They had delicious coffee, it wasn't burnt tasting and were good quality beans.

At first, my husband liked his Muddy Mocha with almond syrup. He didn't like the fact that it wasn't as hot as he would have liked it to be. He said the milk cooled it down too much. I had a couple of sips of it, and I didn't like it. It tasted like the cardboard cup it was served in. I told my husband and he agreed that he could taste it, also. Not what we wanted for the price. It's a nice atmosphere with friendly people.

☕ Awesome coffee shop. Staff is excellent. Drinks are delicious. Great place to work from if you need your WiFi fix. Remember to ask the barista for your personal WiFi code. Seating is somewhat limited but if the patio is open it's great outside. Coffee is great quality especially the cold brew and espresso. Can't go wrong here!

Buffalo chicken wings were slightly spicy but slightly sweet and fabulous! They were not crunchy because they are soaked in the sauce.Tortillas had a light fluffy texture and taste. The chicken you can see being grilled. The chicken is perfectly cooked and the skin in crunchy but not hard. The salsa looks like apple sauce but it is a fabulous salsa.

Service was great, the lady was very nice and accommodating but the coffee itself was lackluster. Got a muddy mocha that was bland and flavorless, all milk, could barely taste the chocolate or caramel and coffee was weak. All in all not entirely worth the $5 paid for the latte.

What's not to love about this place? The menu is a glorious array of almost any espresso, coffee, or tea concoction you can think of, prices are great and the pastries delivered from a local bakery are indescribably delicious (especially the scones. OMG, the scones)!
