Always satisfied with food and drinks when I come here. Unique menu with lots of options. Although, the staff is a bit slow and always confused, been here more than a handful of times and have had a few things messed up/staff miscomunication (I've gotten my drink put in the fridge for 'doordash' about three times now.) Also, parking is a bit tricky

Good coffee, terrible staff. There were 2 girls making food and no one making coffee. When the other 2 stopped making food no one helped the other make coffees. In stead started talking to people at the counter. Good coffee, hard time thinking I’ll be coming back with this level of disregard for customers.5 star coffee, 0 star service.

Unique Drinks! A diverse product line, Great service and a Passionate ownership make West Shore Coffee Bar an excellent spot for an afternoon pick-me-up or as a morning routine.
I recommend checking it out.

Food was OK. Overpriced and took too long for what it was. The service was OK. Lots of cool things to see inside. Very eclectic. It was worth it to go inside and check out the cool decor.

I just moved to the area and have always seen posts raving about this place. The inside is absolutely adorable! I had high hopes and gave it my three tries rule. First time I had a fruity pebble latte which wasn’t anything to write home about. It tasted like a latte with strawberry syrup. The next time I got a cake batter latte which honestly just tasted like a latte with old icing. The third time is which really put me off. I spent almost $30!!!! I could have went out to eat and been waited on for this amount. I ordered two açaí bowls with toppings. I know açaí bowls are expensive and I did order toppings on both. Lastly I ordered a small egg nog latte. When I asked for a top for the açaí bowls I was handed TIN FOIL! I had to juggle a latte, my purse, two acai bowls and the pull door. They spilt all over my car and my bag on my way home. You can’t tell my this is common practice. I spent $20 on acai only to not get a proper lid and have them go to waist. Also wasn’t a fan that the strawberries are not fresh.

I don’t recommend spending your hard earned money at a place with such bad employees treatment. If it was a joke or not you should never talk like that in-front of customers
Edit: when I said bad employee treatment I meant the owner treats the employees horribly

In a sea of Dunkin and Starbucks, My husband and I were looking for a strong, independent coffee place with personality. We found this place and as soon as we walked in we were welcomed with the smell of fresh brewed coffee, pastries, and a smile from the staff. They gave us great coffee recommendations and we took a seat for a while soaking in the ambience. If you're in the area and you want something a little different than the typical coffee chains I would definitely stop in here. For a specialty latte, a dark roast coffee, and a pastry we paid less than $15 so not only is it easy on your nose but it's easy on your wallet. :)

The staff is super nice and creative with the secret lattes. Great selection of flavor shots, and some snacks. The vibe is California meets RI. My new favorite spot

The drinks were good but not good enough to catch me going here again, and the food was good but felt like it needed more. Very nice people who work here. Maybe ill take another visit someday, but not anytime soon.
