Beautiful experience and beautiful amazing food. Best turkey sandwich of my life

This place is the coffee shop of my dreams✨
I've gone in each day, for the past two days and each time the pastries were heaven and the coffee top notch. This place oozes luxury while still being super cozy and down to earth. I need to try every pastry on the menu! The spanikopita tart deserves a place in my top 5 foods I've ever tasted.

Wonderful local spot with the best mocha latte in town. Coffee is brewed to perfection and the specialty pastries are to die for (if you're lucky enough to get some early in the morning before they're sold out). Excellent service, friendly staff, outdoor seating available, wheelchair accessible.

Friendly and efficient service. Food very good. Breakfast sandwich was exceptional. Had the toasted wheat muffin with fuffy scrambled eggs, cheese and bacon. Pear and almond danish was tasty. Took a variety of pastries and a chic. Salad wrap home for later. A bit pricy but worth it!

Delicious sandwiches and incredible service! I got the peanut butter and banana wrap with a chai latte. The serving size was perfect! This local cafe is in an adorable location as well. If you love local cafes and enjoy exploring local shops, you will love it here! Worth the visit!

***EDIT: Groundswell eventually reached out, apologized for mistaking us and gave us a $75 giftcard. I appreciate their willingness to apologize and correct their mistake, however I hope they relax their 1 hour policy so folks don’t feel rushed and can enjoy their time there for as long as they need.

I go here pretty often, spend a lot of money on coffee and food (it is not cheap to say the least) and have always enjoyed spending time there especially as a remote worker looking for new small businesses to support. Today, my friend and I were kicked out of an almost empty cafe for something along the lines of “ruining the experience for others” while quietly working on our laptops, unless we wanted to buy more in order to stay. She also mentioned how we were outside beforehand as if we were an ongoing issue for them, and referenced it was part of the cafe’s “policy”. Sad to see Groundswell enforcing such an off-putting and quite frankly exclusionary policy. Seems like it only caters to a specific group of people. I’d understand if it was super busy with no seating left, but this was far from the case, and I am a regular customer. Very disappointed as I recommend this coffee shop to almost everyone, really like the baristas, coffee, and aesthetic of the shop, but absolutely will not be returning after this experience. This experience was not welcoming in the least and I will be sure others know about it.

The food is expensive and the atmosphere is too precious. But... the pastry is outstanding, and despite my criticism, it's a very pleasant and civilized stop if you're in the area, or if you just want a place to drive to.

Very cool atmosphere. Feels like a very fancy coffee shop. I visited hoping to grab a sandwich for my drive, but they were out of sandwiches and it was after 3 pm so the kitchen was closed. The remaining to-go food options were quite limited.

we were visiting friends in Rhode Island and had a delightful unexpected visit to Paris while we were there. This cafe has a level of detail that is impressive...thick marble counters, brass fixtures, fresh flowers, some St. Germaine music wafting in the air and walls of mottled mirror and gilt that gave the place a cosmopolitan feel. They did a great job of keeping us distanced and we were served quickly and cheerfully. As we were in a hurry we just had baked goods and coffee to go- something fluffy and huge that was filled with light cream that I can't stop thinking about and the best croissant I have had in a long time. Coffee was stellar and I am sad we did not get beans to go.

It was chilly but a lot of people were sitting cozy outside and we can't wait to go back and try some of the menu items and sit on that wrap around porch. Kudos to a restaurant that has the moxie to open during a pandemic - if you are wishing you could take a quick trip to Paris just pop on your beret and check out this place.

The best coffee shop I have been ti, for quite a while. I had the caprese sandwich, maritozzzi and both were excellent. I also had a chocolate cupcake and a beignet to go and as expected, delicious. The interior is beautiful, outside seating possible, they have a nice fire-pit going with seating around it. I absolutely recommend this place. You will love everything.
