This is where I stopped to get my lotus drinks. (I like then so much more than the redbull soda drinks) They also make a great biscuits and gravy here! Some standard breakfast sandwiches as well. The girls have always been so nice also! Everyone here is so friendly. The biggest downside is its a little inconvenient pulling out of here turning twords richland.
Needs work on their customer service. Bomb coffee and great price though!

They are the sweetest! Ordered coffee and muffin off of DoorDash and asked for only one shot of coffee because I’m pregnant and they sent the sweetest note with my order. Thank you for going above and beyond!❤️ also everything tasted great!
The drinks are great, some of the best in the Tri-Cities!! However, two times in the last week I have driven by (01/05 and 01/10) around 5 PM and the store has been closed. The hours listed online as best as I can find say they are open until 6. We're there circumstances that caused the place to close an hour early??
We accidentally found this little coffee shop. All of our drinks were delicious and our barista was sweet and helpful. Go get coffee!

This place has the strongest coffee in tricities so far. I love the girl there. Mckenzie is my favorite by far!! I love her bubbly personality And she makes my coffees perfect every time

Ordered a an iced redbull drink on door dash and they were out of ice so I got a half filled warm drink with no ice. Very disappointing. Not sure why they are still open and selling iced drinks without ice. There are many places to go and buy more ice. As a business I would be embarrassed to serve something like that. I will definitely not be back to this coffee shop and I do not recommend.
The barista with blonde curled hair at 9am this morning was the rudest person lmao there were NO other cars and we waited over 5 minutes and she ignored us and stayed away from the windows and did everything but ask us what we wanted to order.We drove away and she never said hi or acknowledged us. It was SO rude and cold? Never going back if this is how they treat customers
First time ordering from here... DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!. Iced chai tea is so far the best out of all the chais I have tried. And love the White coffee
Not really impressed. Felt like I was drinking chocolate milk instead of coffee.
Worst. Door Dashed 2 drinks. Both drinks were wrong and both tasted horrible. Wasted 17 dollars. Tried to call 3 times, no one answered and voice-mail wasn't set up.
I ordered food and drinks through uber eats and everything was good and the food was great but I ordered a single biscuits and gravy and a double and the double had less gravy then the single. The double had maybe two spoons of gravy while the single was floating in gravy that had gotten all over the bag of food. Almost no gravy on the double was very good food just not enough for what I paid for.
Staff was very apologetic for the wait when the car in front of me irdered several blendid drinks. Also, best white chocolate iced americano I have had since moving to the Tri 5 years ago!!!

I've gone to this place countless times over the years. Normally great service. This morning the girl working was more interested in talking to the customer than serving drinks. After 5 minutes of watching them chit chat, I got tired of waiting and left. She looked at me as I drove away and continued to talk. Still talking to the same customer as I got onto the bypass and headed to work. Not a good way to make money.
The only thing hotter than the coffee is the Baristas
