Such a cute atmosphere, has board games and a bunch of chairs for a family. The owner was so so kind and left a note on my tea that was very appreciated! Also worth mentioning that I got the fruity green tea (I forget the name) and it’s amazing.

We were in town to grab a bite to eat after visiting LIGO. Coffee sounded like a good idea and it was by chance we were eating a few doors down from this quaint coffee shop! As soon as I walked in, we were greeted with colorful decor and aesthetic neon. The owner happily greeted us. As someone who was overwhelmed with the many options in flavors and drinks, I asked for a recommendation on a latte. He asked me a few questions to gauge what flavors and blends I like them suggested something I’ve never had before: A spicy mocha! The drink was a blend of rich mocha chocolate and cayenne. It had the perfect ratio of sweet and smooth to after-kick! I was also surprised at the clear excitement and enthusiasm the owner has for making coffee! I learned that all the flavor syrups are imported from France and lower in sugar than most shops(which is a big bonus for me). I wish I would’ve taken a picture of the menu to illustrate the many options available! The website does NOT do the creative and diverse array of coffee drinks accessible in-store. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The coffee here is excellent and high quality; I’ve tried a few different drinks now and each were absolutely delicious. Great place with gorgeous decor to sit down and catch up with a friend or study.

Fantastic coffee, best in the Tri-Cities. Thomas is always great to chat with, and loves coffee. Fun atmosphere and always do happy, even when busy they're quick to acknowledge you and even deliver your drinks to your table, not making you stand and wait. If you haven't been, you need to go.

as soon as I walked into the shop Thomas the owner started profiling us, I even cracked a joke to enlighten the mood and he wasn’t even phased or even seemed to care. as soon as another family of customers came in he prioritized them over us and it was pretty noticeable that he was being discriminative towards us.

Read a negative review and thought I would counter with a positive. BEST BAG OF COFFEE I’VE BOUGHT IN TOWN. I stumbled into this place for a quick coffee but what I got was an overflow of knowledge around coffee and a bag of joe to take home. The places is super comfy and inviting. Easy hang out or meet up for friends or even work. The owner blew me away with his love and passion for coffee. He clearly treats it as an art and uses the best beans and methods to create a perfect cup of coffee. Now I’m not a coffee connoisseur but he explained the difference of roasts, then the difference of how to blend the roast to get the flavors out, then the why behind getting jittery sometimes vs not, how long to keep coffee after grinding and so so much more. I really appreciate the info & him going above and beyond. I bought a bag of medium roast, and YES he offered to grind it (a negative reviewer said they don’t do this - not true). I drank the whole bag at home BEFORE reviewing and I can say it was delicious 🤤, no jitters, no nasty after taste - just smooth good coffee. I used to buy Roasters or Starbucks bags but now I’m switching. I’ll be back!

Ethically sourced beans, a unique ambiance, and of course, brilliant espresso! Tom has mastered the art of coffee! Consistency is hard to attain, but when you have such a passion for coffee it's second nature. Pour overs, lattes, or americanos, Peacock is the perfect place to get your daily dose. 🦚

Came here on Sunday the 5th of February and I will explain why I mention the date after I write my review. I found this place on Google because I wanted to try a new place near my hometown and found Peacock after a lengthy search. Had never heard of this place so that was a good thing. I walked in and was impressed at how quiet this place was. I really like quiet ambiences at coffee shops! I also admired the glowing sign at the barista station, it is so unique! Thomas greeted me and I asked him if I could try a shot of his espresso. He proceeded to explain that it is a single-origin bean from Brazil. He gave me a shot and the crema was the first thing I noticed. Very smooth crema. I loved the taste! Very bold yet had the chocolate notes along with caramel. Single-origins are far more bold and I can appreciate that. It tends to hold itself with milk than a blend. I only had it straight for the taste test but will be trying with milk at home. Now, the date I mentioned is important because the beans were roasted on the 4th of February. Thomas explained to me that I have to wait 5-10 days for the beans to gas out, balancing the C02 levels. I learned something new today! I'm pretty new to espresso knowledge so this was a good detail. I have to wait until Valentine's Day to drink this single-origin, and I bet it will be worth the wait! I will come back and update my review after tasting it out of my Delonghi Magnifica Evo. Thank you Thomas for the complimentary espresso shot and for your wonderful service! I know you have a passion for what you do and for your customers! I will be back again soon!
