I warn you now, this 🍦 is addictive! Try their spicy volcanic flavors, get yourself an iced blended coffee and then walk on down to the park. Don't forget to get yourself a mood ring, geode or crystal with your treats

Awesome shop, friendly employees, best selection of dairy free ice cream I’ve ever seen. Love all the neat stuff to look at.

My niece and I go in here from time to time to enjoy the ice cream. We love this place. She and I both love rocks so it's fun to explore the store and look at the rocks while eating ice cream. The owner is super friendly and always open for a good conversation!

Wife and I go here relatively often. The folks behind the counter are always extremely nice and personable, and they make great suggestions for us. Love the variety of flavors and options they have. A great stop if you feel like something cold.

Doug is one of the most kind, accommodating business owners, so it surprises me that someone that had a bad day or bad attitude would complain about his “product”. They simply needed to ask for a replacement, and Doug would have accommodated them with a smile. Doug’s shop is always clean, and the ice cream is the very best in the Tricities❤️

My son and I love this place. When I asked my son how he wanted to celebrate his graduation this year, he had a simple request. He asked for a mom and son date at Amethyst. That was also his request in March for his 18th birthday. Amethyst is special for us. I am so grateful that Amethyst provideded and still provides a place where a mom and son can talk and bond over a couple of scoops of ice cream.

Sweetest little shop! We love coming here and looking at the crystals and treating ourselves to their amazing ice cream! They're so sweet that they even gave my daughter a free geode just because. Hidden gem in Richland. Definitely check it out ❤️

Best licorice ice cream around. I love the fact that Doug offers non dairy options for when I crave something a little lighter. The coffee non dairy ice cream has the best silky consistency and I love that it has espresso beans in it. Doug always calls us by name when we arrive and provides the best service even remembering our order. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stopped in a few months back after dinner to enjoy some of their dairy free options. Pleasantly surprised over how rich and delicious our ice cream was. Would definitely recommend stopping by a scoop of their dairy free chocolate and a scoop of daily grind.

Best place for ice cream and milkshakes in town! So conveniently located next to an awesome park. The owner is exceptionally polite and patient (3 kids under 5 getting ice cream takes patience on everyone’s part). I can never say no to my kids when Amethyst Creamery is involved lol

Consistently delicious ice cream. I think they have a wide variety of flavors and vegan options! I know I can take anyone in my family here and there will be something they can order!

My family and I love visiting Amethyst! The ice cream flavor selection is stellar and the customer service is unmatched. Such a friendly environment, AND they sell crystals? A perfect stop for my overheating spiritual peeps! Vegan options too :) If you’re ever in the area, or find yourself with a sweet tooth in Howard Amon Park - pay Doug a visit. You won’t be disappointed!

Cute place and nice people but we were a bit let down with the product. This is not a “creamery” i.e. they don’t make their own ice cream in house.

Went and got a shake or that was the plan..Paid almost 6 bucks for a milkshake and the consistency was so so thin that it was basically milk.. with berry's in it.. and for the size definitely not worth it.. definitely wasn't a milk shake..so disappointed!

Delicious ice cream just a short walk from Howard Amon Park. My friend and I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to try the place out. It's a hidden gem (pun intended), right here in the Tri-Cities. I had the Mackinac (Mack-in-awe) Island Fudge and it was superb! Our son lives in Michigan and we visited Mackinac Island a few summers ago. The fudge in this ice cream reminded me of the chocolatey goodness we watched the chocolatiers make the day we were there. My friend had a different type of ice cream and commented that it was delicious as well. We chose to eat our ice cream in the Shoppe, but you could easily take it down to the park and enjoy it there.
