My favorite coffee shop (though they serve much more than just coffee). I adore the nerdy, chill atmosphere, and the employees are refreshingly pleasant people. I love coming here to read or do origami and vibe.
I love this place for the kindness of the workings, always happy vibes coming from them. Never feels like your a bother, and amazing recommendations. Food is yummy and events are endless.
Much charm, local art, great drinks, and tasty snacks accompanied by access to lots of free board games for customers to hang out and play.

I love this place! I’ve lived here all my life, and have never been inside, and now I regret not coming sooner. The atmosphere is amazing, there are so many tea/coffee options, the staff is attentive, so kind, and quick. There are couches for you to sit on if you don’t want to sit on chairs at a table, and there are also card/board games for you to play with people! I saw a sign that said you could get a bowl of cereal for $2, and I thought to myself… this is heaven. I had a slice of scrumptious banana bread that had chopped walnuts on it, and it was deliciously moist and flavorful. I was planning on spending a lot more money than I actually did. My friend got tea with soy milk, and she wasn’t even charged extra for soy milk unlike other places. The food and drinks are affordable, but amazing! I also loved having the option to have my tea hot, or iced. It was quiet enough for people to study, and also played really cool music. I will definitely be back! 💛

Welcoming and friendly, enough seating room for groups or singles, hours are decent (for this town), coffee quality is fine. They also serve beer, but I've not tried it.

I love everything about this place. The prices, the food, the drinks, the staff, the environment, the music, even the other customers. Me and my friends come here weekly to play dnd, and it's honestly so great. I LOVE the Caterpillar cafe.

The tea! Great java. That being said, if you or freind are serious about tea and/or want to try something new/ medicinal THIS is the place in TC. Late? got beers (all winners and very reasonable) and hot sandwhiches too. Add quality beer and cider at the most reasonable price in Uptown.
Absolutely perfect shop! Full of creative artwork and kind people. I did not catch my server's name but he was fun, kind, and super sweet! It was my first time in the shop, and he asked my drink preferences and recommended a delicious blended coffee. Wonderful experience and a perfect atmosphere to vibe in. Highly recommend the Caterpillar Cafe :)

I LOOOVE this place! The young man who works there and the manager are always friendly and accommodating. The food, coffee and beer are amazing. The prices are the best in Tri Cities for the quality and the artsy vibe had me at hello! It is truly an aesthetic delight every way you look in this place. As a native of Tri Cities and Portland,OR, this establishment has the feel of a quirky downtown Portland coffee & beer haus, right in the heart of Richland. Well done, Caterpillar Cafe!
