I go out of my way sometimes just to go to this *specific* location for Dutch Bros. They have the friendliest employees that I always look forward to seeing and make great conversation, and they almost always blend my drink to the perfect consistency (unlike other locations). Ya’ll rock!!!
I love Dutch bros and I love their coffee.
Last time I was here, a few days ago. I order a couple of drinks, then the barista asks me to tip, I click 15 percent. The barista immediately goes “did you mean to click that one?” with a disappointed look on her face, all of the other options were higher. I honestly feel like it’s straight up rude here when it comes to tipping. I’ve yet to have an experience here where they didn’t ask for extra money from me. I usually do but I don’t know what they’re expecting. It’s a drive thru(like take out for drinks).
Great friendly staff
I usually have a pleasant experience. However the last time my husband and I went, it wasn't great. Maybe they were having a bad day. Hopefully next time we go it is back to normal!
Waited 10 mins this AM. Took them another 5 to make 3 drinks. My drink was the worst I've ever had. It tasted like burnt milk, barley any coffee and barley any of the syrup I asked for. Dutch is going downhill. 0 stars if I could.
Fast, friendly. The manager is amazing. The staff training and attitude is second to nun. The drinks are always on point.
The people who work here are always really nice and patient with me. I literally have no clue about coffee. I've never come across a worker with anything less than a great attitude here. I appreciate it.
Pretty good coffee nice and quick
On Veterans Day I was at 496 Keene Rd, location and y'all were slammed. The 4/5 people inside were running none stop. I was so disgusted with the fellow customers. Worrying about someone getting there's 1st, taking so long, blah blah blah. I hope y'all didn't take any of it to heart all of you were working hard. Thank you for the smiles and positive attitudes!
Go here often the staff is always amazing and remembers my drink order and always puts a smile on my face. Such amazing human being they have here☺️
Is it possible to have a bad experience at Dutch Bros? Good as always.
Mostly friendly, always polite. Great service and coffee
They get two stars because sometimes the barista/o’s can be kind and but majority of the time they are overwhelming busy and don’t even pay attention to you at this location. On top of that, I just came by asking for a remake on a drink that they made (it was a new one for me but tasted horrible) and they told me they don’t do remakes. Lol, on your company website it says you guarantee the craft tho. So I’m just a little confused on the agenda this location is pushing. Overall, confusing and they drinks are trashy to be honest. Go to Blackrock coffee or even Starbucks! Yes, I said that. 🤣 Cold brew here tastes like iced coffee with sugar added in.
NEVER WALK UP to the window! You will be waiting until the line of priority car orders are down to 4 cars EVERY TIME
They are always great the employees are polite and friendly
Who doesn't love Dutch Brothers it's my very favorite coffee shop in the whole Tri-Cities. We always get the picture perfect freeze and the golden eagle freeze and a pup cup. My service dog Brutus absolutely loves getting his pup cup he thinks he's so extra special when he gets one. It consists of whipped cream and a dog bone. They also have an app where you can collect points accumulatively to get free drinks and if you want to you can send free drinks from your app to a friend. Like I said what's not to love about Dutch Bros.
Good drinks but the staff were a little annoying. Filled with your typical highschool/college kids trying to be Hip. If you can bare the cringe for a brief five minutes it's not bad.
Use to live in Pasco so I always went to the one on Rd 68, and their store is just awful. This location however, is definitely my favorite. It's a bonus that it's the closest to my apartment. With their drive through structure which is not the best, the baristas have to be fast and they always succeed in that area. And my favorite drink has never been made anything less than perfection. My only issue is that they make it so good I tend to end up stopping by a little too much.
Your ability to listen is horrible! Turning the radio up was rude as ever when I was trying to let you know you gave me the improper drink. Please be more curious and train your employees properly.
