Today was my first time ever being to this coffee shop and it was absolutely an amazing experience!! we had Ruby R. as our server and we also found out she’s the manager and i’ve never had this type of service from a manager, seriously the BEST🙌🏻 all in all, this place is great, she didn’t even let us pay her, 100/10 would come again 💯
My first time coming here was yesterday and woke up this morning wanting another coffee. Not only was the coffee amazing, but our baristas were so very sweet!!! We had Ruby both yesterday and today and found out she was the manger which made it so much better!! If I could give more stars I would… A great coffee shop, with even more awesome people inside.

This place has a lot of drinks! You should have no issue finding something you like. Might take some time with somany choices.
This is an adorable little place. The two workers were friendly and helpful, and my kiddos enjoyed their drinks. The hanging umbrellas are a cute idea to compliment the theme. It was a bit narrow, but that's easy to overlook. I wouldn't take a large group there, due to minimal & spaced seating, but it's perfect for a group of 2-4.
Showed up 5 minutes before close and received warm smile and great coffee.
I had a very good experience. I have come to know one of the baristas. Christin is amazing! I never know what I want and she always seems to know. Never disappointed with a drink she’s made. The vibe is so welcoming here! Very cute and stylish. I love this place! Don’t let the bad reviews ruin you trying this place. Very well priced as well. Keep It up shade cafe!
Been in multiple times for drinks and they’ve got some great options for both the coffee lover and non. Always have been friendly and attentive.

Girls ignored me while I was at the register ready to order. one was rude, burnt my coffee and put in the wrong syrup in my other drink.
Beyond impressed, the girls working today were amazing and the drink options are adorable and taste amazing! Will refer anyone to this cute Tricity hidden gem.

I have gotten lotus each time I'm there and ask them to surprise me with flavors and I've been impressed everytime! They always make me something super delicious!
The coffee is absolutely delicious and the service was spectacular ! The baristas were chatty and kind and wished me well for my day. I am thoroughly impressed, and I’m sure they will be seeing me quite a lot more:)

Got 2 iced drinks and my total was over $18?? Sat in the drive through for 10+ mins for them to hand me a blended drink instead of iced so I asked them to remake it and their response was sighing and rolling eyes. I then called manager and got told "we're human” and didn’t get offered anything for the way I was treated. I will not be returning, very disappointed.
Such a cute place. They make the best coffee I have ever had. Both hot and blended. The people are all super friendly and the inside of the building is so cute. Perfect photo opp
They were really good because they had such a wide variety of favors but it seems like they removed. For example desert pear. 😕
