Locally owned coffee place that is cute and they have more options than most coffee shops highly recommend.
Wonderful coffee and boba shop! Great atmosphere. I recommend not shaking/tipping the boba container because it didn’t seal for me.
My favorite coffee spot for a meet go with friends. It’s such a unique and calm space. Busy on weekends fyi and getting busy during the week as well lately but the coffee is worth the crowd in my opinion. They offer boba for those who don’t love coffee as much as I do. Everything everyone has tried while with me has been fabulous from iced tea to lovely lattes. The kind of place you hate to rate even though they deserve it because you want to keep it to yourself for as long as possible. It will inevitably become so successful given they do what they do so well.
Each experience at Novel has been a great one. The staff are friendly and helpful, the ambience is divine, and the menu is good! I love that there are always seasonal options included with the regular menu. I have had coffees, teas, and lemonades and I have never been disappointed. I also love their merchandise! It’s our (my and my kids) favorite treat spot!
Novel has delicious coffee and original drinks, as well as pastries from Ethos. My favorite is the Scriptwriter, with 3 extra shots of espresso. Perfect! Avacado toast on Ethos fresh made toast is excellent. The decor and atmosphere are very eclectic. The employees are friendly and warm. I take friends and visiting family there, and it becomes their favorite as well!
Novel is the best place to go for coffee or teas, and they have great options for small and quick breakfast items. Love the atmosphere and the attention to details! Perfect spot to hang out with a friend or relax and read ☺️

Absolutely amazing it is an experience I wouldn't forget. As soon as you walk in there is a relaxing vibe. The coffee and tea is great quality as well. They have seasonal drinks that have blown me away!

i absolutely love this place! super friendly, clean, and the atmosphere of the place is very aesthetically pleasing! The boba is fresh every time my boyfriend and i order! Nothing but good things to say about this little coffee house! On an added note, this place is vegan friendly with lots of options! :)
Amazing coffee!! I keep coming back for their amazing espresso <3 I’m only docking a star because each time I come in, the baristas aren’t very friendly towards people & it kind of feels like I’m bothering them by placing my order. Other than that, the coffee 5 stars! The vibe of the place, 5 stars!
Love this place. I go here to work on my computer and it's also a chic place to catch up with a friend. It's a whole vibe. Tasty coffee + tea and I like that the owners genuinely care about our Tri Cities community. That matters! Highly recommend.

Great coffee, great atmosphere, great seating area! But playing Christmas music in March was funny!
I had good experiences here in the past and love the aesthetic of the place, but I went in to get a drink and the girl at the front was very stone cold and I felt like she loathed my presence. I just walked out cause I didn’t want to be an inconvenience and left feeling awkward and disappointed. I came on here to check the reviews to see if anyone shared a similar experience and sadly people have. It was my first time seeing that specific employee, any other employee has been great though.
