I was told very rudely by multiple staff at Lil Firehouse Coffee they would no longer honor my free drink punch card. I spent money on these drinks with the intention of getting the punch card redeemed for my purchase. Instead I was told by the supervisor I should have known they were no longer accepted because it was posted on their instagram. Keep in mind these cards have no expiration or link to instagram on them. They were extremely rude to my husband and I and refused to give us our free drink. I do not care if they switched their system, I still purchased these 10 drinks regardless of their current system. I have redeemed my roasters/black rock stamp cards as well as Dutch bros cards who have also switched to an online system just as they have, and every other coffee shop has honored them or switched my points over. No Karen here, just really bad service that this company and customers should be aware of.
I love their energy drinks. Especially the Lifeline. My favorite. I normally don’t order food, I’m not a fan of bagels. This time I did. Asked what was on it. Was told cheddar cheese, bacon and egg. I was okay with that. I pulled over to eat my sandwich and it tasted funny. I was worrying that it was the cheese. I called and asked if it was cheddar or American cheese. I was told American and she asked why. Well, I am allergic to American Cheese. So now I get to spend my day with terrible stomach cramps. I got a “I’m so sorry”. Spent almost $8 on a sandwich I would not have ordered if I had known. Be sure to ask about the ingredients and make sure they are telling you correctly what the ingredients are. Other than that I’ve never had an issue with them and always love their customer service and drinks.
Refreshing and unique drinks are the best here! And the jalapeño bagel was warm, perfectly toasted, fresh, and super delicious 😋
As a students it's a great place to get a pick me up and they always know how to bring peoples mood up everyone at my school loves this place
We usually have no problems here but today they had to remake our drinks. The drinks were delicious as usual. Step up the service please.
I have been going to this coffee shop for years because I love the coffee. But it has been frustrating for the last couple of weeks. It has been so slow that a couple of times I just left and went to a different coffee shop. I see multiple people inside and I don't understand why they aren't going out to the cars and getting orders like they used to. I will still continue to go and hope that this review helps. After this review the owner asked me for details, but I didn't know how to reply. I just figured it out this morning lol I want to say thank you to the owner because service really has improved! I am sorry it took me so long to edit this review. I am a loyal customer and I love your coffee ☕
Coffee is excellent. Service is great. Not thrilled I was charged 2 dollars extra for almond milk. Seems like a punishment for needing a milk alternative. Won't be coming back unfortunately. Edit* I am previous GM who brought milk alternatives into the store I was overseeing and I know for fact that the only alternative that's more costly than milk is hemp milk. I will not be lied to, to cover up the fact you wanna charge more for your product.
Used to LOVE Chai tea drinks from here but the last time I went, I paid $8.15 for a 16 ounce blended drink!!! NEVER AGAIN!! The next day I got the exact same drink and same size at the expresso stand across the street and only paid $6.50. The following weekend, i went to Southern Belles and was only charged $4.35 for the same size and product. Lil Firehouse lost my business for good since I can get the same drink for $$'s less anywhere else.
I’d say the coffee is okay we love the raspberry lattes. We won’t ever go back though because somehow they get their decaf coffee and their regular coffee mixed up a lot IMO. I been here just three times in last year for same drink and had caffeinated coffee served to me instead 2 out of 3 times. Yesterday I saw the lady be very careful with it but I think her decaf was in wrong container. That’s a big issue for a person who has a medical condition to caffeine. This seldom happens actually. I been going to other places for year and they never have served me the wrong coffee. So it is very unusual.
Best coffee in the tricities, 32 Oz hot mocha at an excellent price.

I used to come to lil firehouse a lot about a year ago and I used to love it, my favorite place! Haven’t been in a while because it’s now out of my way. However, today I went back for the first time and it was not the same experience unfortunately. I got a few drinks and they were all super inconsistent, one was all milk and no coffee (was supposed to be a latte) and one was all coffee and no flavor (was also supposed to be a latte). And when I was ordering the barista was super rude when I politely asked about flavor options. She seemed super annoyed for simple questions. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon :(
I used to like this coffee stand a lot but the last few months some of the people working have been really rude and getting our drinks wrong. Giving you a blank stare like your stupid while your ordering and rushing us to hurry up. Just wish they had a better attitude and were a bit more friendly! To owner: not sure if you know we can’t reply to answer your questions. And I came in today probably around 10:30 or 11:00 but honestly it’s happened so many times I can’t keep track anymore. I have two people there that I know will be very friendly and kind and that’s about it.
I was having an awful day and really needed a great blended coffee drink. I asked the girl working if they offer a chocolate peanut butter frappe, which she said yes. So I ordered a 16oz. It was $6 plus I tipped $1. The drink was not blended all the way, large ice chunks were still present, and it just tasted awful. I don't think there was any chocolate in it at all. I ended up taking 3 drinks and trashing it. Very disappointing.
The coffee and breakfast sandwiches are great when they open on time. Sat here waiting over an hour past 5 am when they supposedly open. Please fix your hours on Google. I watched 4 other cars pull up and drive off. You are wasting peoples gas and precious time.
Used to love coming here until they got all new employees. My americano has tasted like sprite the past two Saturdays as if they put sprite instead of water in it. Also am always charged a different amount even though we always get the same two drinks every time. Last time I paid $16 for an americano and extinguisher and today I paid $12. Also the girls who work there now are very rude. Not that this is important but I gave them my stamp card which only had one space left and she didn’t even stamp it. Won’t be returning.
