This was my first time trying this place, customer service wasn't very good. Me and one of my family members got blended drinks and when we got home noticed there are whole ice cubes in our drinks. Fast service but quality wasn't there unfortunately. Not sure I'll be back to this location.
They make watered down coffee and never add the caramel to the beverages
Coffee was great after the cool down. It was extremely hot. Like scald the skin off your face hot. But service was quick and friendly. Wait to drink your order or else you won't have a taste bud left on your tounge!
As I arrived to the drive thru, noticed lots of cars waiting, as I was in line after 15 min with my order been taken, noticed that there was only 2 baristas taking orders and making drinks, I stop by every Sunday at around 2:45 pm and it is always super busy, but I noticed that for the last 4 weeks taking orders and making drinks was taking longer, as I got closer the the window a lady came out and I asked her why was it taking way too long to get orders and make drinks, and I told her it was nothing against her but I noticed there was something different, 4 to 5 weeks ago there was like 3 to 4 baristas taking orders and making drinks, and I was told the there was management change recently, this is not about the baristas but this is about management, you are loosing business for not having enough people and some of the most crowded times on Sunday, as for me and my family we are done going the Steptoe location, it was nice stoping by to get drinks for the past 7 years since it was roasters, once again is NOT the baristas is the management trying to save some labor hours by making 2 baristas do the job of 4, hope to see some changes I used to love stoping by steptoe location. The staff is generally friendly. Unfortunately the drinks are terrible 99% of the time.
I love their energy drinks, but this time around they didn’t tell me they had the regular one and they gave me a no sugar one taste nasty would’ve loved to of known you didn’t have the regular one waste of 10 bucks down the drain
Tried this new coffee shop and the coffee was soo good! Not too sweet, not bitter! The gal was friendly and super helpful. The gentlemen making the coffee were fast! Line was moving quickly. Love that they have signs all throughout the drive through so people can keep looking at menu. Tried the donut muffin and it tastes like a coffee cake, super moist!
Great selection of energy drinks
The coffee is okay, not great but not bad. The baristas, however, seem to constantly get their signature drinks wrong. I'll order a Caramel Blondie, no alterations... And about every other visit they forget the flavoring, so it's just a really expensive espresso with milk. Or get the size wrong or something else with my husband's Americano. It's not even busy when we go, so either these kids are overworked or smoked a lil too much weed before their shift. It's coffee, it's not hard. I'm not trying to hate, but it's just consistently not very good service.

This was my go to for coffee. The last four times I've ordered a hot coffee and I get the wrong drink. It seems like they serve you a hot mocha even though you order something else. Ordered a vanilla latte, got a mocha. Ordered a vanilla breve and got a mocha. Ordered a chai tea, got a mocha. Might as well change the name to "you get what we decide"
Horchata coffee?! Um, yes please! Skip the "pastries," they are wrong.
This is a good place to get a quick coffee. It is in a nice spot which serves its purpose. I got coffee and tea a number of times here. They were good but not great. I also got Italian soda with raspberry and peach which is my favorite drink from Black Rock Coffee. Recently the owner of this coffee shop has changed. As a result the name of the store has changed.
Great coffee and energy drinks. Was not in the mood for coffee and the barista recommended the "Teal" energy drink. Great flavor, not too sweet and gave a boost for the day!
Probably my favorite location bc of the workers. Super upbeat and chill, they are usually fast getting orders out.
Delicious coffee and Chai tea latte
I was going through a really rough time in my life and decided one day to get some hot chocolate. The people working were so nice that they made all the pain go away for a minute. I now get hot chocolate here at least once every day, up to three times a day. It's that worth it. They really go above and beyond with their service and make you feel good about yourself. I can't express how much I appreciate the staff here. You guys keep me going 💜
