Fantastic ambience and amazing coffee! I love this place
All the best parts of a hole in the wall, with the energy of a modern shop you don't want to leave! Very friendly and patient customer service from the moment we walked in, inviting atmosphere with plenty of seating in the back, tons of information on local going ons, a well stocked shop of gifts and goodies, and the coffee & Energizer were both amazing!! I will definitely be coming back for the Mayan Mocha and amazing savory scones in the self serve pastry area. So glad I stopped by today!
Everything is locally sourced! Lots of really yummy pre-packaged snacks, fresh pastries, and interesting coffee flavors. Plus, there are plenty of vegetarian/vegan options.
I love the Rose so much! Katie and Jazz are amazing and make the best coffee ever! They have very unique flavors. Definitely try the wildflower latte. They also have frequent pop ups featuring local businesses offering all kinds of delicious foods. While you're sipping your coffee, wander the shop and check out the huge variety of gifts and products from local artisans. There is something for everyone at the Rose!
A great, cozy spot for coffee and pastries and they always have fun pop ups when we go on the weekends! Staff is always very welcoming and friendly. Love looking at all of the local art and goods.
The drinks are always delicious and I love looking through all the gifts available!
Best espressos, lattes, atmosphere and family feeling customer service. Great nic-nack gift shop and supports local food services.
Love love love the owner! She’s so vibrant and she makes the best drinks! *chef’s kiss*
Amazing customer service and delicious coffee and treats. Love everything about this place. Definitely will be back.
This place is legit. Super cute gifts made by local artists, and also good seating for studying/hanging out towards the back. I got an americano just to test out the coffee and it was quite good. They also had some fun drink options which I’ll probably try next time. Also, i don’t remember what the barista name was, but she knew literally everything about Renton and the greater Seattle area. A couple came in to the shop from out of town, and asked her for recommendations of places to go/eat, and she basically made them an itinerary. I asked specifically for fun things to do in Renton and she gave me like five suggestions that all sounded awesome.
The place is amazingly cozy and the gifts are great. Barista is so friendly and I feel that this place is loved by the community
What a gem! Very cozy and well decorated and curated coffee shop with really cool local gifts and goodies. Plenty of seating from window view to cozy booths in the back. Wish I had taken some inside pics too. Highly recommend!
Amazing staff and always a treasure to find among the gifts. Hot chocolate is to die for.
What a beautiful shop with great drinks, service, and amazing locally made goods
Super lovely staff and amazing atmosphere. The drinks are good too! They have such cute local things and a bunch of air purifiers going at the moment because of the horrid air quality outside lately. A definite go to now whenever i’m in the area
Nice gifts. Decent drinks. Mildly overpriced, but nice.
Super cute shop the coffee was okay. The really sweet girl making it was new and didn't really know the drinks very well. Will have to go again at another time ND try a hot drink.
Homemade syrups are absolutely delicious!
Owner (Katie) is Amazing... Friendly, Talkative, Quirky, Fun and a Great Baristra. Always a fun experience as she brings in many local artistry in for enjoyment and purchase. Can't go wrong with trying the Specials and the Seasonal drinks and pastries are a must.
If I lived in Renton, my wallet would suffer because I think I'd probably want to visit The Rose everyday. I ended up there yesterday kind of by accident. Such a happy accident. The service was excellent and some of the coffee choices were wonderfully unique. But, most of all, I was fascinated to find myself in one of those rare gems - a place where everybody really does seem to known your name. During the 2 hours I sat there, getting work done, drinking the lovely 3rd St Vanilla Latte, there was only one other customer that the owner didn't know, and that's because they, like me, were from out of town. By the time they sat down with their coffees, though, they, too were like old friends. So, when in Renton, come to The Rose for your coffee and know it'll come with a dash of friendship!
