I love Dutch Bros, and I'm so happy this one is so close to where I live. They usually have long lines whenever I'm there, but it's usually worth the wait. Everyone is super friendly and the drinks I've had were great. The Paris iced tea is wonderful (they use the Harney & Sons Paris tea, so you can buy it and make it yourself, too!), and I love flavored breves, too. :)
I am a big fan of Dutch bros, but I’m pretty sure they forgot the liquid in my drink today… mostly icey (Cold Brew). All things considered, 5 stars and first time there ever has ever been a “concern” in over 30 orders.
The worker Kara deserves a raise she is the sweetest person me and my friend ever encountered. The service was amazing and she literally brought us to tears with her kindness❤️❤️
I really like their mochas. No matter how many mochas I've tried at different places, they never taste as good as Dutch Bros!
The kid asked if we could try Dutch Bros. I asked how do you even know about it? I mean it's not in Seattle and the only regional outlets are in far away locales in the outskirts like Renton or Everett or Federal Way. So apparently it's promoted on TikTok and so away we went. First, you should know that 90% of DB's menu consists of sugar laden calorie bombs, like liquid desserts. Imagine a menu of all kinds of different Frappuccinos. Each drink is something like 800 calories. Coffee takes a back seat here. Actually it takes the 3rd row seat. This is 1 star deducted. We went to the Renton location. Getting into it was not easy as the drive thru entrance is not easy to find. We drove in past the Popeye's chicken, which *seemed* like the way to go, only to find we had to go back onto Rainier Ave S, which was completely gridlocked btw so this took about 15 minutes, and into the Wal Mart parking lot from where we could enter the DB drive thru line. I mean signage on Rainier Ave or on SW 7th would've made a world of difference here. This is a 2 star deduction. The rest was unremarkable, except that the drive thru line moved very quickly and that the service was outstanding, which is the entire reason for all the remaining stars that are given.

Look. You don’t come here for great tasting beverages. You come for the impeccable service. It’s unmatched. Worth the money to start your day off right. Better to give your money to a franchise that hires awesome employees than some corporate logo siren. Love this place! Try to support whenever I’m in the neighborhood.
Great coffee and friendly staff
I don't like their white coffee. It tastes burnt and is unpleasant. Their chai is great though, and staff is very friendly and helpful!
Update: Drinks have not been made as well and good in awhile. 3/29/23 - Any 4 medium drinks only $15. LONG Line in both drive thru and all up window. Speed as expected with such lines. Update: Quality of drinks have been consistent 👍 Speed of service has been great with making our drinks. -------------------------------------------------------------- First time going to this place and so far so good. The line was bearable as we went past 7:00 PM (only a few cars ahead of us). However! I highly suggest not going between 2:30 - 6:00 PM - the line stretches from all directions. I noticed that most or all the drink flavors are the same in the menu, but can be made in different ways of your choice (smoothie, latte, breve, milkshake, hot and cold drinks, etc). The cotton candy "milkshake" was no where near a milkshake - although it tasted good, it was more of a smoothie.

Excellent service and what a menu! Very satisfied with my experience! They are always extremely friendly and helpful and I have yet to try anything that isn't delicious. Excellent service with a smile and the app makes sure you get your birthday drink! This location has always been good to me and they are endlessly friendly and good at their job.
A gigantic carbon footprint is their business model. Any environmentalist who goes here is a fraud.

my friend and i went today and this person was the sweetest, i don’t know their name, but they helped us in the drive thru (3/4) they had black hair i think! give them props for me!
Got a chai this morning and worst the worst one I ever had! Their coffee (golden eagle) I had was better, but is like a meal with 600 calories. Friendly employees.
They deserve negative stars! Their customer service is a JOKE! When certain individuals work (especially the guy with the tattoos) the coffee is always nasty like he’s too lazy to clean the machine because it’s Friday morning. Then he has an attitude when asking you to fill the cup with milk because he didn’t clean the machine or burnt the shot. He’s incredibly disrespectful too thinking he can talk to people any kind of way. He almost learned this morning that you can’t lol. That’s crazy to me for someone in that kind of service to act that way. He and one other guy are the ONLY ones who do it it’s like they act like it comes from their pocket but when they make the coffees they’re consistently burnt or just nasty, but then they want a tip when they’re not even doing their job. They definitely NEED training. So since he wouldn’t fill the cup up, sell extra milk at this point he wouldn’t even remake it. Idk how they think it’s okay to do that. It’s not like these are cheap drinks they’re $6-8 and even if they were still. So I’ll take a refund now that you’ve wasted more supplies than actually giving me what I paid for by filling the cup anyway 😂 The only normal guy there is the short guy he’s chill and respectful. Some of the girls are cool as well.

Love the strawberry lavender & Eclipse lemonades. Trying a new one today, the Gem Berry.
The lemonades are my absolute favorite. The strawberry lavender flavor is phenomenal, definitely should be a permanent item. Can't go wrong with trying a new flavor every day, so many combinations. The Snickerdoodle coffee is good too!
