Saved two free drinks to be used the next day only to find that somehow they’re gone?? Girl said “you must’ve used them” like I wouldn’t remember driving up and ordering after I already did. The app is a SCAM and the manager doesn’t care to fix it

Don’t ask them to use a refillable cup, and if your in the drive though they won’t even take the disposable cup back after you pour your coffee into your own cup, they said “we’re not allowed” but meanwhile there is no garbage can in the drive through…so much for reduce, reuse, and recycle…I also don’t appreciate being asked things like, if you were in a fight with an animal and you wanted to kill it what would it be and how would you do it…mind you I was raised in the outdoors hunting, fishing, and all that but you know…not everyone was or is and I certainly don’t portray the part of someone who is an avid outdoorsman, maybe stick to pop culture. I will say the EARLY morning crew at this location is great! We’re talking 5:30 6:00 AM, the rest leaves a lot to be desired. But the treatment I’ve received lately certainly explains why there is hardly lines at this location when others are always busy.

Always a good experience at this location Very friendly, answers any questions you may have and quick service definitely recommend. My favorite drink there is a iced Hawaiian Rebel ✨😋

My first time to Dutch Bros and glad it was this location. Very nice girl at the drive thru and loved my iced coffee drink I got from there. Will be back!
Cold brew kicker is tasty coffee, dragonslayer black iced tea delicious too
Great coffee, could use better customer service though. The last thing you want to hear when you pull up to the window is the employees bashing customers and the girl taking your order, rolling her eyes at you.

Staff is always pretty friendly. I love that they take the time to make small talk, it goes a long way. I like the variety of drinks they offer too. Drinks are always good. I also like that they have an app where you can earn free drinks and they even have offers occasionally which saves on the pocket book.
My frozen coffee was perfect and the prices are much better than Starbucks and Beans and Brew!!
Honestly, I love Dutch Bros. Maybe it’s because I tend to like my drinks on the sweet side, but hey. Why not enjoy life. The staff at this location have always been friendly. If you’ve never been to Dutch Bros, be prepared for them to actually talk to you. Yes, they will have a full on conversation with you if they can. My suggestion - try the Cocomo freeze. It’s like a better mocha frappe. Or the White Chocolate Lavender if available.
