To begin with out of all the food I had ordered the fried calamari was the only thing that had a good flavor. But had 7 pieces. 7 pieces for $10 I feel pretty ripped off. It's not like they were good sized pieces either. They were slightly bigger than a quarter. Not exaggerating. The pho was super oily. Not much flavor. Not used to having pho and having a layer of oil floating on top. Worst pho I've ever had. If you're a meat ball person expect to only receive half a meat ball split in half. Also ordered some spring rolls received one and a half and they were falling apart. Very stingy and the quality was bad.

This place has some top notch food for a great price. But the best part about it is how friendly everyone is that works there.

This is now my favorite place to go for Vietnamese food, and one of the top 10 restaurants I've ever been to! Such a special find for my foodie husband and I. Pho is incredible (and also available at this restaurant) but Vietnam has a lot more than pho to offer, and we struggled to find alternative dishes in Orem. We stumbled upon Pho Bien Hoa and decided to take a chance. We asked for recommendations and the friendly staff asked insightful questions to find the right fit for us, then patiently explained how to eat our choices. Every restaurant is having a hard time finding staff so we were impressed by the fantastic and prompt service we received. Serving sizes were great, we left completely full and still had leftovers. We chose the following and will certainly be back for more: • Canh Chua Cá (Catfish in Tamarind Broth) This was the biggest win for us! It's a sweet dish (initially) that you bring to a boil. Once it's boiling, you take the catfish out and set it on the accompanying plate with peppers and fish sauce, bringing some spice to the sweet dish. Such a complex flavor! I have a fairly low tolerance for spicy food but was able to handle it. The spice complemented the dish without overwhelming it. You don't have to use the peppers and fish sauce if those don't suit your tastes. A server informed us that the Hot & Sour Seafood Pho has a similar flavor as the original soup. • Mì vit tiem (Vietnamese duck noodle soup) This was a special for the day and may not always be available, but we were very happy with this savory dish. • Jojo #3 dessert (white/red mung beans, taro paste, honey boba, rainbow jelly, coconut meat, pink pearls, pandan jelly with coconut milk) Vietnamese desserts are seriously underrated and not as available as they should be in Utah. The textures and flavors in this made for the perfect sweet treat! Thank you, Pho Bien Hoa / Jojo Teahouse & Desserts, for the incredible experience and meal!

Got the roast chicken noodle soup, the chicken was definitely not regular chicken it was way smaller and dryer than a nun. My friend said it seemed like quail or something small, super weird awkward service. Tried to just put in for drinks and appetizers while we decided what we wanted to eat as this was our first time there and it seemed like a mind exploding idea to the waiter, he eventually brought the appetizers and disappeared after saying to enjoy the meal. When he came to refill waters we asked to put in our order. Really strange place.

I love the drink bar and getting fresh Vietnamese desserts. My kids also love the catfish in the claypot. If you want this or the deep fried lemongrass tofu I recommend ordering these items ahead of time or right before you sit down with the staff. Both of those dishes are our family go to items when we dine here.

This place is a friend's favorite, and for me, it's a new place but not for me. I like pho 33, fat fish, la Cai, and Saigon.

I have been to this restaurant many times and I always get the same thing because it is so good! I love the number 7 for the appetizer. That's potstickers. And I love the number 19 for my entree. It is pork with vermicelli noodles and egg rolls and it is delicious! My husband likes the rare beef and brisket pho (#29) and he always gets that. We are always seated promptly and my water glass is never empty. The portion sizes are great and the food is always delicious. I will definitely continue going to this restaurant! Edited to add: The takeout is almost as good as eating in the restaurant. Update Jan. 2023: the food is just as good as it always has been. The portion sizes have decreased and prices increased, but it's still good!

I enjoyed the pho. However, the fresh spring rolls were not that good. When checking out, they give you an option to tip. But they start at 25% 30% and go up. That irritates me to no end. Makes me want to leave less of a tip when they try to force you to leave more.

Classic pho spot! Forgot to take pictures of the pho, but got my appetizer, Spring Rolls. Good quality at a good price. It's a no-frills spot with plenty of parking in a plaza. Service is pretty chill too so you won't be rushed either.

We came here tonight to have dinner and none of the workers acknowledged us or even said anything to us they just ignored us. A lady came from the back and said she will help us in a minute! A minute to 45 mins and still no one came to help us! So disappointed as this was our first time here at this place! I mean there was only 6 people in the whole restaurant! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Workers were behind kitchen doors looking out through the windows, they saw us and yet no one came to us or at least get us seated!!!VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! We got tired of waiting and left the restaurant!

The food is quite good! Sometimes there are inconsistencies in the pho broth, but I frequent this location often when I don’t want to cook my own Vietnamese food.

I got here at 3:30 I ordered 2 bobas we’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and still have not gotten our bobas. The customer service is lacking in Efficiency and speed. It’s super annoying and frustrating. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes and plus for only 2 bobas, and the place is not even busy. We got our bobas at 3:53.. COME ON!!! the people working there were chatting more than they we’re working. Ruined my day!!!! if the Boba was good then that would’ve been OK but it wasn’t worth it I’ve had better#Nothing special. Before coming here consider how long it’s gonna take for you to get your food and The extra wait that it’s gonna take for your drinks.

Service wasn’t great. They don’t Check up on you after a while. I asked for more veggies, we had a party of 5 and they charged me for it…. Other places will just give you dime more. The amount of limes they give you at first is a joke. And want to charge you for it. not even half a lime for 5 people.

Broth is hot and tasty. Large house special had very little meat in it, but that was my only complaint.
