Best location for the best coffee... I'll travel out of my way to visit this location!
The cashier is racists. Just went there this morning and it was busy which is good. Order from here often online but this is the first time I'd been in the store. The cashier asked me for my ID when I was using my card and when I gave her my ID and my credit card she tried to embarrass me by asking me if this was the card I was using. I said yes and waited for my order. I noticed the next 4 people who ordered weren't asked for their IDs . The only common factor was I am brown and everyone else is white. The cashier has colored hair, and might be a 5th wave feminist.
Great service but very disappointed Wi-Fi was not working. I came in specifically to use Wi-Fi to work and get a nice cup of tea. Got the tea but no Wi-Fi. Workers said that they were having issues with the Wi-Fi and someone was coming in to take care of it. If your Wi-Fi is not working it would be nice if you stated that on the front door. I'm leaving to go to Starbucks.
Very cozy and perfect for homework/work. The staff has always been pleasant to my daughter and I. When there is down time, the staff keeps busy- cleaning, stocking, etc.- which makes for a perfect experience when you spend time here.
Love the coffee. Beats Starbucks hands down. Better taste, prices and awesome service.

I was not expecting a 15 min wait for an iced coffee, only one person ahead of me, and very rude.
I got a 9 dollar drink from here got home and it spilled due to the lid not being on all the way. So we went back in to have it fixed and we got told since its been 30 minutes they couldnt fix it, no one i know has ever had that promblem before. I had my receipt, the cup and a picture of it being spilt. She was really rude to us too. I called another Beans & Brews and they gladdly helped me and said it just has to be done within the day it happened with proof of buying it. Im definitely going to the other one over this one and i've been going here for 11 years.

Great experience at the counter, really comfortable in the dining area and we overheard someone interviewing a potential employee. I was really impressed with the interviewer, the interviewee, and the questions being asked were very human and engaging and made me feel even better about bringing my business to beans and brew!
This is my favorite Beans & Brews!! They always make my coffee how I like it!!

I love this place, they have an alcove with a table and I use the space for meeting up with people.

The drinks are amazing but the prices are ridiculous. It makes it really hard to come back because a drink should never cost $8.00.
We always love coming to this Beans and Brews as it is close to home and faster than the one on 54th. Just wanted to say that the barista Brie is particularly awesome. Every time we come in she is super polite, friendly, and cheerful. Give that girl a raise! She's the type of barista you don't want to lose!
Love B&B however I recently left my wallet there by accident and younwould think you can call this place but NOPE can't call them even though they have a nimber liated its a bunk number....I had a 5 star review for them until now.....That make your workers look lazy and not wanting to be bothered by anyone who valls in even though workers are all up on their cell devices.lol
These are our local peeps. When my girl goes in, they already have her order ready to go before she gets to the counter. Great service.
