Been going here since high school, my favorite drink is the chai latte thank god for my husband willing to pick it up when he gets off work and bring it to me. Clay makes THE BEST chai latte.

Brand X Burgers is SO good! I had the Malibu Chicken with sweet potato fries and my husband had the garlic burger. Both were FANTASTIC! Everything was cooked perfectly. Those sweet potato fries though, best ones I've had in state! We will definitely be coming back!!

I’ve been here like once and really enjoyed it and have tried to go back multiple times. The first time I went back was at 6am because the website said you were open. You were not in fact open. I’ve just drove down because again the website said it was open but you were not in fact open. Idk it can’t be that hard to update your hours on google but it’s super annoying that I’ve wasted so much time trying to get a sandwich from a shop that’s never open when it says it is

Arty little joint in a surprisingly stylish little off-highway quarter only spoiled by lack of juices - orange or grapefruit - to have with my pancakes..

The burger was yummy and so were the fries. Quiet atmosphere with wall to wall stuff to look at, and purchase.

It's a decent burger but if you have fond memories of Brand X burgers this isn't it. I spent many years enjoying Brand X burgers and was sad when they went away. When I saw that Art City Diner was claiming to have brought them back I had to try it out. The burger was fine but it didn't look or taste anything like a Brand X burger even with the special seasoning added to it.

We heard about the legendary Brand X burgers and had to come try them out ourselves. Clay is the owner and is so kind and great to chat with. He said he had already been much busier than anticipating, which is awesome for a Saturday at 11:45am. He told us how he loved going to Brand X burgers growing up and wanted to bring them back. We weren't around here when the original was here but they were fabulous burgers! The bun tasted homemade, the party was the perfect size, the pickles were thick and crunchy, the tomato, onion, and lettuce were all so fresh! And those fries! $3.50 for a huge portion. We both loved our burgers and everyone loved the fries. That Brand X seasoning made it. Highly recommend it! There are a few booths and tables plus a bar. Not a ton of seating but we took ours home and it was still plenty hot. We can't wait to come back!

This is hands down the worst breakfast I've ever had in my life. I don't know how you can mess up scrambled eggs and hashbrowns but they did. 0 out of 10. If you can't make breakfast at a breakfast place then just pack it up and go home please.

Both waitresses are talented and friendly, even when customers aren't always! My breakfasts and coffee are great, and the atmosphere is really nice. I especially love the books over generic radio music :)
