As a Barista of 10 years and a coffee enthusiasts I can highly recommend Pueblo. They roast their own beans, single origins and blends. ALSO they have great breakfast and lunch, authentic Mexican as well as European American classics!
Excellent coffee and great food
Finally made my way here and I was not disappointed. Came with my best friend for breakfast. We were greeted right away, the gentleman helping us was very nice. I got the french toast combo with scrambled eggs and bacon. She got the veggie omelette that had a slice of toast and potatoes. We both loved our meal! She let me try her omelette and it was really good! And that’s saying a lot considering I do not like veggies lol. We also both got a Horchata latte and it was good. Cute and delicious place for breakfast, I will definitely come back.
We had a great time getting breakfast and coffee here!! The caramel macchiato I ordered was perfect and I loved the breakfast burrito! The staff was super friendly and you could tell they really loved what they were doing. Will definitely be sending people here for a great coffee experience!
Wonderful customer service (everyone working here is so nice!), the coffee is great, and the food is amazing! Overall a wonderful place to get coffee and breakfast in the morning
So good I ate it before I could take any photos!! Excellent five star service. And really really good breakfast food and coffee/tea. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Their pancakes were light and fluffy and perfectly cooked. Bacon was great and crispy. Fluffy perfect scrabbled eggs. 🥞 🥓 🍳 The breakfast burrito had great eggs, chorizo, cheese, and potatoes wrapped in a perfect warm tortilla. It was huge and definitely worth every penny. 🌯 🥚 The chilaquiles were perfectly well done too! Not to be missed! Great sauce sauce, perfect chips, and topped with the perfect amount of queso fresco. Their signature drinks are not to be overlooked. Don't be afraid to add their homemade horchata to anything it is truly special. ☕ 🍵 Great coffee and tea! Hot and iced. 🧊🔥 Can't wait to go back and try more food and their tamales. 🫔☺️

We came to get some coffee while visiting my sister. We got the Horchata Cold brew and it was really good. Next time I’m down here I want to try their tacos.
We love going here for breakfast on the weekends! The food and drinks are delicious and the staff are so kind and friendly!
Best coffee and best food!
Staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. I've seen complaints about it being cold inside, it's cold but to me, it doesn't matter. Love the atmosphere and if you're cold, wear a jacket and drink the delicious coffee.

This place is great!! Love the ambiance, the vibe, the food, and the coffee! The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and the service is great. We read a few reviews from a husband and wife with a one and two star review and felt the reviews were far fetched and over exaggerated. This place is amazing and we will definitely be coming back and recommending it to people. Every place has its shortcomings, we’re all human, I’d much rather let the staff know then leave a poor review and hurt business. Tsk tsk @Paul and @Cathleen.

Small and simple, but VERY good food!
As I walked in I got welcomed immediately. Service was great and the food is like as if i had just gotten out if bed at home!
