Best coffee ever! My go to place, been going here for yrs now. Called today over an accidental double charge. They helped me out right away. Great customer service, and coffee.

I come here almost everyday my friend Sean turned me on to them right after they opened. I always get a blended Marilyn Monroe but it's pretty inconsistent and quality really depends on who is working. I wish they had a set way of preparing the drinks so they were the same everytime! Especially since you're paying so much for 1 drink. Also I wish they still had bagels available at the stand... overall it's a pretty good place. Inconsistancy is their biggest issue and sometimes the espresso us burnt

This place was our Go to coffee place but the last few times have left us more than unimpressed! I’m not sure if the new employees know how to use the espresso machine, our coffee comes out looking like Milk and tastes like sweet milk no espresso to it at all! So sad we will have to find a new place!
Best place ever. Helpful friendly staff who will help find the best drink for you. Everything I've had is amazing. Warning, it may ruin other coffee joints for you.
My best friend and I would come here every single day for the last two years of our high school, and the shack will always be our go to for coffee. The atmosphere and people are so wonderful and were always so kind to us, we love them all so much! Thank you for everything you have done for this community and the people in it when they needed it the most! <3

Best coffee shack around. Quality coffee beans, always fresh! Best part: happy baristas that know what they are making and doing! This is my go to for coffee. Period. Show me a better coffee shack!! And, open on Sundays 😊
If you LOVE coffee as much as we do, if you are "coffee snub" who thinks that Starbucks is coffe flavored sugar drinks, you will appreciate this little place. Very Good, coffee, very inventive flavor combination.
Worst coffee in springville. Employees are extremely unhelpful they are just there to hang out, the coffee is terrible and really overpriced

The drinks are to sweet it's all syrup. And the ladies at the counter will hurry and press the highest tip option before they give you the tablet very dishonest hobble creek coffee down the street is a much better option :)
Go to the shop in center street in provo, that place is 5 stars. Here the coffee isn't as good.
Favorite coffee place ever!
I waited over a year to give this coffee shop another shot. I like supporting small businesses but i will not be coming back after this second incident. The red head girl working poured milk in the cup smelled it and then dumped out the milk to put new in. Why would you not get a new cup? Also why are you smelling it is just off putting. Then i get my coffee there is a speck of small dark blue paint on the cup and one in the cup. The blue almost looked like nail polish.
I have been going to this coffee shop since it opened. It has been my favorite place to go and I tell EVERYONE about it. The last few months however have been absolutely horrible and this morning was it for me, I won't be back. I get the same thing every time I go, every once in a while I'll get something different but rarely. I always ask for an extra shot and it actually happens about 20% of the time. I always get a 32oz and they gave me a 24oz. I told them that's not what I ordered (or paid for) so their solution was to dump my drink back in the blender and just add ice to make it a 32oz. I don't even think they put espresso in my drink let alone an extra shot most of the time. I have spent A LOT of money here and to see it go down hill is sad. The drinks are inconsistent and I'm chalking that up to poor training or just pure laziness. I guess I'm back on the hunt for a new coffee shop because this just isn't it anymore.
The whole premise is cool af plus the coffee is named after beloved passed. Definitely a place to stop on the way.
I absolutely love this coffee place, the staff is so kind I have never had an order messed up an every single time the coffee is phenomenal. Everybody that works in the shop is very dedicated to making sure that your experience is good the food is good priced and so are the drinks their hours are very convenient, and this is 10 out of 10 my favorite coffee shop of all time and I suggest it for everyone if you’re looking for a cute and convenient shop to stop by!!
