Door dash delivered to the wrong place which is not B&B fault but I re ordered the same thing and they sent whatever they had available, tasted like chocolate milk frappe, plus was delivered with no straw. Im glad I know which store never to order or go to.
This group of goofy little old ladies out for breakfast was taking awhile to order. Sam noticed and jumped in. He asked what he could get started for me and apologized for the wait. Got my food and coffee way faster. Very friendly and great customer service! Sam you’re the man!
this is by far my favorite coffee shop :) the barista remembered my order and was very nice to me. the coffee tastes great always and they also have cool merch and yummy sandwiches. definitely stop by if you're in the area

Waited in drive through for 20 min just to get to window and they didn’t have my order. Will not be coming back.
I love coming beans and brews, at 791E 3300S location lately have been very unclean. I’ve come multiple times to order something and then I left without ordering because of that and unclean environment. I had to meet with one of my friend last week and I made sure to come 10 minutes before so I can clean the seats and table before she gets here.
I normally only leave positive reviews. However, my drive thru experience was not good. The staff is friendly and I appreciate that. I waited 25+ minutes for a drive thru drink. Only 3 cars were ahead of me. I pulled in and ordered immediately and the sat. Forever. Once at the window I paid was handed 1 item. Then waited another 7 minutes for my other item. I love B&B. I know Saturday is a busier day. But almost 30 minutes in a drive thru is too much. Especially for coffees.
Drive thru is extremely slow but always good coffee
I have had multiple problems with this store to the point of, I will no longer be going to beans and brews. Several times I have had my espresso burnt. Other times the wait was so long I was late to my job because one of the baristas was to busy talking to her boyfriend. Tonight was my last straw. When someone asks for a milk alternative and pays for milk alternatives, it isn't always a preference. It can also be due to allergies. Hire better staff. Beans used to be the best coffee shop around.
Came by at 2 pm and they had stopped brewing coffee for the day even though they are a coffee shop and were still open for 6 more hours. #fail
Staff is accommodating and do a good job of keeping the place clean.
Hate using my rewards on beans that are not ground right, seems like this location has a reoccurring issue.
Better service and coffee than those big Stary places.
Over 10 minutes to microwave a sandwich...
Just know if you go here you won’t get the drink you ordered! We asked for one smoothie and one ice caramel latte and instead we got a smoothie that wasn’t the right one and then TWO regular ice lattes. We repeated the order to the guy on the speaker twice then when we got to the window she said it was a smoothie and a caramel cielo and we corrected one smoothie and ice caramel latte and she said what size and we said their both medium. I was confused why it was so much for the two drinks but I figured when she handed three drinks we didn’t even want. Don’t recommend this location
Extremely racist customer service wasn't allowed to use the bathroom and was given complete attitude by their system manager Brandon terrible terrible customer service called the manager received no help whatsoever very very racist location
Excellent service and happy employees. Reliably tasty and fast food and drinks, and this location usually has plenty of available seating inside. Booths with high backs give pretty decent privacy for laptops or conversations
best one in the valley i go here before every work shift!
Someone please teach the staff how to make a good latte 😩 I understand that a latte is 1 part espresso 2 parts milk usually but why am I just drinking warm milk? If I wanted to drink warm milk that kinda tasted like coffee I would just brew a pot at home and ruin it myself. One time I asked for another shot of espresso because I’m like ok I know I like my coffee to taste like coffee, this should fix the issue but then the espresso was burnt. Make drinks that taste good?!? Please 🤣 even if you don’t like lattes it’s the same as a bartender who doesn’t like tequila still making a drink that tastes good with tequila. Side note everyone is super nice but are apparently not trained well.
