Amazing baristas and high quality coffee
Stopped in for a pour over only to find this location does not have that. Got an espresso instead and it tasted like the machine had not been cleaned in a while. Not bad but not good. Location is great. Girl working the counter was super friendly. But the coffee was less than amazing for me.
Such a wonderful coffee shop. Had a great experience here. I ordered coffee and some baked treats. I was very very pleased with them! It’s a cute coffee shoppe to order to go or sit down and enjoy your items. They had plenty of seating and it’s right by the graduate hotel too so very convenient for the guests as well.
Gas….get the apple cinnamon muffin
Hours were not changed on Google. Showed up at 4pm yesterday and they changed to Holiday hours. Understand that happens. Hours were posted on a sign in the window. Decided to come back at 7am ( posted sign in window stated 7-3) to buy a few pounds of coffee for Christmas presents. Pitch black and not a soul In sight. Very disappointed.
Please fix the wifi. Everything else about the shop is amazing, but I can’t sit in here because I can’t do my homework
Would definitely suggest this spot to anybody looking to do some work at a table with a great environment, coffee/tea, pastries, and baristas! I love the outlets at the hightops, very convenient!
Omg! This coffee. Soooooo goood!!! Thank you Angelica and Cat for such a great experience. Will be coming back!
Coffee and atmosphere are wonderful. Employees were not welcoming or friendly to customers. Talked amongst themselves while customers waited. Gave dirty looks to customers behind their back and openly complained about people not tipping them at Point of Sale. Extremely disappointed as I love to visit local coffee shops while traveling but this did not make me welcome or appreciative of my business.
The coffee was pretty good, but the service, not so much. I am a college student and I happen to get out of class near closing time. I decided to stop by on my way to the library. I happen to walk in a few minutes before they close. The worker was not very kind, she asked me what she could get me, then immediately followed her question with "we close in 6 minutes." She also did not smile at me once throughout my transaction. I ordered and green tea latte, and while she was scooping the matcha, I kindly asked if she could add a little bit extra since I forgot to ask while ordering... she looked at me and rudely said "no I can't." As a barista myself, I know you can, but she didn't give me any sort of reason why. I understand that it might be extra or something, but say so, instead of just saying no, so next time I would know, if I ever even come back here again. So I payed 6$ for a milky iced green tea latte that was filled to the brim... to the BRIM with ice. Now, hear me out, the drink was not bad, I just prefer a bit extra matcha powder. I would absolutely love to try this coffee shop out again, but i'm not sure if ill be back. When an employee looks miserable while making a customers drink, and being unkind, it puts a bad taste in my mouth. This coffee shop looks so welcoming, unlike this employee.
excellent atmosphere and delicious coffee
An excellent place to grab a cup of coffee.
Such a cute place, and the best white chocolate mocha ♡♡
All around solid coffee and specialty drinks, comfortable seating, convenient location. One time I got a headache because the bottled cold brew was a little strong but that's not GR's fault. Will continue coming back.
Good coffee and nice atmosphere. They do need to update their business hours though. Google says they close at 3pm on Sundays so my friends and I went to order and sat down at 1:30, only to have a worker come to us tell us they closed at 1:30…
The good- I had the Samocha which was a coconut mocha which was delicious. I ordered extra espresso as I usually do I love my coffee stronger. She immediately offered a little extra flavor and half n half in place of milk. She showed an understanding of the drinks she was making and did it all. The espresso looked nice coming out with a nice crema being formed. A+ drink! The bad- I discovered it by mistake is tucked back in on campus but that's probably because that's who is really meant for but if you want to bypass the chain on main and get up around the corner you'll find a far better coffee. The Ugly- the are not in Michigan Overall- nice atmosphere, though I took it to go, nice set up great coffee worth the explore to find it if you are not in campus to know where it's at.
I’ve been to this location three times. I’ve ordered the same drink every time and I have to say for $6 it’s garbage. 1. It just tasted like watered milk. No flavor. 2. Was worse than the first. Watered down flavorless latte 3. I had grounds in my cup. And not just a little. But a significant amount of grounds. The latte was so bitter I couldn’t drink it. For a $6 I am completely disappointed and won’t return.
Just got to say it. Average for sure. If you enjoy actually coffee and premium roasted single origin. You will be let down. Espresso was super below par, and made Keurig sound good.
This is a customer on my route you will not fine a more friendly staff. quality of products i see the shop front to back very clean and sanitize.
Great place for college students and professors to meet and collaborate! Love their coffee
