Absolutely wonderful place to have a great cup of drip coffee, latte, nitro, tea, or any number of yummy drinks and quick bites. We love Sunago! The staff, still somewhat new, have learned customers names, and drinks orders. :) Sunago offers a wide variety of items for different tastes, as well as offerings for dietary restrictions. The shop itself has such a cool vibe and it is a great spot to chill, study, or even pick one of the many games off of their game shelf to sit and enjoy. They also support other small businesses by offering a spot for them on the retail wall. Need a space to rent, they offer that as well! Sunago hasn't even been open a full year yet and everything about it keeps getting better, in my opinion. Give them a chance, I don't think you'll regret it! :)
Yummy, well priced, and enjoyable environment to lounge in!
Was seated for less than 30 minutes before the owner asked me to order something or leave (I had full intention of ordering but needed to send work emails first). As I explained to the owner I have bought their bagged whole bean coffee once a week for over 3 months now (that’s a lot of money btw) and buy a coffee at least once a week but apparently that’s not good enough to have a seat to work at. That is the opposite of customer loyalty and appreciate! If ya don’t like people sitting and working in your establishment don’t run a coffee shop.

The owners and employees are always so cheerful and welcoming. The handmade wooden pieces are stunning. The coffee is perfection, and the case offerings are delicious. You will not regret supporting this small business!
I can not say enough good things about this place. First of all, I feel like I’m apart of the family/staff because of how personable and friendly everyone is to me. They know my name and my drink of choice by heart! My cold brew coffee mixed with syrups tastes the same EVERY SINGLE TIME! The employees are better than Chick-fil-A employees, you know that’s hard to accomplish because it’s always “their pleasure.” I just really love this place! And as far as cost goes, you can have all my money because I never mind to pay for quality coffee!
Sunago has become mine and my daughters favorite place for coffee (the caramel frappe is amazing) and ice cream. Everyone is so friendly and it’s such a happy, homey little place to hang out. Hoping one day we will finally find Yoda! Lol

Sunago has quickly become my "work from home" space. The baristas are knowledgeable and friendly. They truly care about their customers. I love that they offer local businesses products, thus supporting our community and deepening the bond in Hardin Valley. If you are looking for a great latte, am affagato or a very afforable scoop of ice cream in Hardin Valley, look no further than Sunago!

The milk curdled within 10 minutes of purchase. By the time I got back to my desk at work after purchasing Togo, my drink looked like the picture. With purchasing a milk alternative (making this latte be $10 with a tip🥵) you’d think the milk wouldn’t curdle. I don’t have this issue when I make lattes from my house using my espresso machine and alternative milk or even purchasing from other shops. It’s just not worth the price for me.
Super cool vibes in the place. I love how they showcase local businesses and sell their items there. Most importantly, the quality of the coffee is great. I had black coffee and espresso drink to see how the roast would shine through. People who get coffee for the qualities and flavors would appreciate this place.
My new morning stop for coffee on my way out of the Valley and in to work! Blackberry vanilla latte highly recommended :) The local macarons on side shelf are super tasty as well!
