I like this café as much or more than any other in Knoxville. I've been going there for at least four years. Great ambience, serene views from the large windows, Baristas who produce a good product. But.... They should decide whether they want to be a café or merely a cafe. One major difference is whether they serve their coffee in ceramic/glass vs cardboard. Sorry, the time of the day doesn't or shouldn't determine that if you want to be known as a café. But, hey, there are lots of cafes around - though they charge a lot less.

This is the best coffee I’ve had in Knoxville, by far. The espresso was perfectly dialed in. You can tell the baristas take the time to make sure they do it right. I highly recommend Remedy to anyone looking for espresso drinks. You won’t find this kind of quality anywhere else in Knoxville.

Poor Service. No one would let me order and were too busy talking to each other or on their phones. Pretty rude when I overpaid for my coffee.

I typically rate my experiences based on processes, quality of the order, atmosphere, and customer service. If one of those isn't a 5/5 I don't fret too much because I understand stuff happens. I loved the atmosphere, the quality was fantastic, and the processes seem professional and well put together....unfortunately the customer service was a negative experience. They seemed annoyed to have me. I felt awkward and tried to make small talk. I know we all have days where we just want to be left alone so it does not detract from my review, however, at the prices these drinks are being sold at, customer service seems more imperative in my opinion, and I would have left a better tip had I been greeted as though I was welcomed in rather than a burden. Just my 2 cents. Love the spot and love the coffee ☕️

One of the best coffee houses in Knoxville. My favorite drink is the honey lavender latte. They have lots of seating available. Next door is a food window with sandwiches which you can eat inside. Street parking available all around the shop.

Was pleasantly surprised with the best cup of coffee I've had in a long time. Remedy will be getting regular visits from me. Thanks folks!

Great little coffee shop with large open seating inside. Parking is tough because the area seems to be busy but the service was fast.

This place joins the top tier of local coffee shops. Coffee shops are everywhere now, but only four of them are in my blue chip, upper echelon of coffee shops, and Remedy is one of them.

Open space with plenty of bench and small table seating. Very trendy and cool vibe with fun lighting and open beam ceiling. My mocha was great. A plus was the bagel shop next door that dispensed its products through a walk-up window. The salt & pepper bagel, egg, bacon, & cheese sandwich I ordered was delicious. My only complaint was that Remedy didn’t offer a first responder or military discount.

I want to give this place 5 stars, but there is one thing that prevents it from receiving that review. I have a very hard time studying in this coffee shop. Every time I come into this shop, the music is so loud and slightly disturbing. I understand that heavy metal is a favorite genre for a lot of people, but I don’t prefer to listen to it while I’m drinking coffee in the morning and trying to get some work done. Last time I was in Remedy, I left as soon as possible because the music was so loud and irritating. The coffee is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the coffee shop itself is so cool, but I can’t stay in a coffee shop that constantly has screaming in the background.

Remedy coffee is a wonderful environment to get work done. It is a very clean establishment. The bathrooms were absolutely pleasant to go into. The staff was extremely nice. There is only street parking here.

A nice place to grab a good coffee and sit and work (unless they are playing death metal - the music here can be rough).

Strangest customer service experience of my life. Thought there were cameras hidden and I was getting punk’d. No kidding. Prayers and blessings if it was a death in the family. Otherwise I don’t know..

Just tried this place for the first time this morning. The coffee cake was WONDERFUL. The hot caramel latte, however, tastes like dirty tap water. Also really pricey—I got a latte and a muffin-size coffee cake, $9.53. Just drive up Broadway to KBrew, thank me later.

great coffee, friendly service, better pricing than some similar cafes nearby. Crowd seems kinda funky and leftist here which is a nice change of pace from most places in Knox

Great coffee shop. Plenty of areas to do some work or read a book while enjoying their delicious coffee. Staff was friendly. Shop was clean.
