Bagels were great and a nice serving of the cream cheese to cover bagels completely. The issue was the coffees. We got two bagel/coffee combos. I got the cappuccino and husband got American black coffee. Coffees were lukewarm at best. That was disappointing since it was quite a chilly day.
K Brew Is my go-to for coffee when I'm in Knoxville. Full stop.
Reagan made the best chai latte I've had in Knoxville! I will definitely be back!
Love this location!!! Everyone is so pleasant and makes me look forward to my coffee runs! Reagan in particular makes me smile every time I come in, love love love the staff and menu!!!
I've been in the US for three weeks and today Regan made me the best coffee yet! The entire team at this KBrew on Gay Street Knoxville was excellent! The service was exceptional. Would recommend K Brew. Thanks, Regan and team
Nice little coffee place in hotel lobby.
Best bagel I’ve had in a long time and the place looks really nice. Iced latte however is the worst I’ve ever had. I’m not sure if the milk was bad or the coffee is a bad flavor but i literally had to throw it away and walk across the street to Starbucks.
The staff is SOOO generous and always so helpful:) I love coming here after class and in the morning. Always a great addition to my day<3
If you like Starsucks you'll love K Brew, and you ain't supporting a labor union stifling corporatocracy instead a local business.
Needed something quick and easy for the family. Plain bagels, cream cheese, chive and bacon cream cheese, sausage egg and cheese, and a berry patch iced tea. Everything was good. Good bagel fix.
It's a coffee shop, making decent and FRESH coffee is a novel idea. Another ritzy downtown coffee shop, with bitter coffee, hi prices, and unrealistic hours.
Always head here for hot chocolate then sit in one of the nice seating areas scattered around the giant lobby area. Great for people watching.
Pretty good experience. Great atmosphere. Not the most selections but good coffee. A good choice for something local. Had an iced coffee. Around $4 ish.
Great coffee
Very quick service, and polite staff. Military discount aswell!
Always love to try local coffee places, and this was a few blocks down from my hotel… friendly staff, their iced coffee was rich and smooth, definitely didn’t taste watered down, and I tried their chocolate chip bagel with cinnamon butter, and it was delightful! Definitely will stop by again when I’m in the area!
I was looking for a local coffee shop while in Knoxville and was really happy to have found this spot. When I saw it was in a hotel lobby I was worried about quality, but the coffee was great, the bagel was better than expected, and the cream cheese serving size was on point. So good I bought a bag of coffee to take home. Definitely recommend checking this one out.
Delicious Chai that was just what I needed! 😋
All of the staff here very friendly. Reagan always greets me by name with a smile and remembers my order. It’s nice to have such friendly people and good coffee and it makes you feel welcome.
The coffee and espresso drinks are great and the service is friendly and fast. The atmosphere is upscale and comfortable inside the Embassy Suites where this coffee shop is located. The bagels are fresh, but much more like the texture of a loaf of bread than a real bagel, compared to my hometown.
